“I have used Cartridge Shop for a few years now and the service has always been great. This time my order was delivered to the wrong address (thanks to Evri!). I notified Cartridge Shop and after a few hours, Phil called with the location of where the parcel had been incorrectly delivered and I was able to retrieve it. Phil was very polite and helpful and apologetic (for Evri’s) error. Excellent service by him.”
