“The company has always been very responsive to my orders with the cartridges being recieved within a couple of days of order and occasionally the next day. Some years ago, when my order was lost in the post and I phoned, Cartridge shop immediately dispatched a replacement for which I was very grateful. I have continued with Cartridge shop for many years with confidence in their products.”

“My Canon printer wouldn’t recognise the colour cartridge and locked completely. Phoned customer service to seek advice, turns out I ordered wrong cartridge! With the help of Liam I was able to free the cartridge.He then talked me through the process of returning the black cartridge and ordering the correct ones. Immediately sent me an email with details of what to do.Excellent clear help thank you Liam”
