“Used for many years, always very quick delivery and today I had a problem with my printer, one of the colours would not print, after a phone call to Rachel, she sent me a test sheet to try and then sent a very detailed email how to cure the problem. Nothing wrong with their ink or cartridge, just a problem with the printer which she solved excellent service.”

“I made a mistake on the App and inadvertently ordered the cartridges for a printer I had recently disposed of. On contacting the company I was promptly advised on how to process a refund, which was successfully credited to my account within 7 days of my returning the unopened cartridge.”

“Had a problem for the first time with a compatible ink cartridge. Contacted Cartridge Shop who understandably requested some proof. On providing that proof a replacement cartridge was sent out immediately without any further issues and that is now working fine. All very quickly and efficiently dealt with by Simon and then Andrew.”

“The service is always prompt and I have used the cartridge shop for many years. In that time I have onlyu had one issue with one cartridge that didn't work and didn't get any feedback/response from the organisation on a replacement or guidance.”
