“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“A few days ago I spoke to Marianne to say the cartridges in my recent delivery did not fit my printer although I had ordered the same many times. She very kindly offered to replace my order and also said she would include details on how to return the ones that did not fit. Shortly after when I tried the cartridges again I realised that it was my mistake and they did actually fit. I rang again and spoke to Simon and explained it was entirely my fault and I asked if he could contact Marianne to apologise and if possible stop the replacement cartridges. Both Marianne and Simon handled my calls in a professional and friendly manner. I have been a customer for quite some time and will continue to be so. Many thanks...Excellent Company!!”

“First things first, both product and price very hard to beat. I ordered my cartridges on Monday and my package turned up Tuesday. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery which was 100% down to the courier (picture evidence shown to Cartridge people). Rang Cartridge People customer services within ten mins of delivery and spoke to Andrew. A couple of minutes later all was resolved and my replacement order was safely with me on Wednesday morning. First class customer service.”

“I bought printer cartridges earlier in the year and the colour cartridge stopped printing yellow, I contacted the company and a very helpful and apologetic lady called Rachel replied by return and said she would send a replacement , this duly arrived the next day and on fitting the problem was sorted. Good service Cartridge People and good work Rachel. Thank you”

“I wish to record my grateful thanks to Louise for the professional manner in which she dealt with my enquiry (and me !!!!!) this afternoon (20 August 2025). She showed so much patience and understanding towards me as I was so panicky yesterday afternoon when my card was declined and after a long conversation with my credit card company they could not see immediately anything that would warrant my card to be declined. It was suggested then that I contact yourselves to see if you had anything that would throw a light on what had gone wrong. Louise was just unbelievably calm and talked me through the whole process which has enabled my order to go through correctly. Phew, the tension and stress that I have been through ............. thank you Cartridge People and a huge amount of thanks I send to Louise for her exceptional Customer Service shown to me - you are exceptional.”

“Absolutely impeccable service from Customer Service. My parcel (3 ink cartridges) did not arrive at the Parcel Shop by the Carrier. Their AI 'chat' line was absolutely useless when I did not know the post code of the Parcel Shop. I then called Cartridge People and they were superb. A new consignment was on its way, next day delivery. This happened and installation of the Cartridge People look alike cartridge went as smooth as clockwork. What more can I say?”
