“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Have recently ordered a box of white photo copy paper, ordered one day delivered the next wow !!! Very competitive price wise and certainly seems as good a quality as other brands, have used Cartridge People in the past and will continue to do so.”

“I notified them of a problem with an ink cartridge and received a telephone call from Alison (Customer Service) 15/20 minutes later and she resolved the matter in a few minutes and placed a replacement in the post same day. How's that for Customer Service! best yet...”

“Absolutely excellent company. The refilled HP cartridges I ordered have no problems working with my HP ENVY printer, and are very good value - many so called “compatible cartridges” from elsewhere do not, which is of no value at all. It’s also very useful to be able to discuss difficult issues on the phone with Cartridge People - again many other companies won’t speak to their customers on the phone - Chatbots are usually useless. Special thanks to Andrew for helping to resolve a recent problem which was entirely of my own making.”
