“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I ordered a set of cartridges and two didn’t work. Phil took on my problem and via emails, helped me fix it. I am elderly and not tech savvy, but I was able to rectify the problem. He was a joy to talk to and thank goodness he was there to help me.”

“Always a bit wary when buying non branded products but the price for Canon cartidge is ridiculous. Decided to take the risk - worked out fine. Just for basic stuff at home - I can't tell the difference vut no doubt someone would. For the price I paid, am more than happy. Arrived quickly too”

“I asked Liam some questions about recycling my empty printer cartridges and he told me, simply and quickly how to do this. I had a few questions and he answered these too, making this a rare bird among these chat services in that I a) actually got a useful reply and b) didn't get passed around from person to person. TalkTalk in particular could learn a lot from this.”

“The wrong cartridge came in so I must have pressed the wrong button. Spoke to Hannah who was very helpful. Although I cannot get a refund, I was happy to have a credit on my account as we all need more cartridges eventually 👍 So no problem. I was send instructions on how to return the wrong ones. Thank you Cartridge people.”

“I had a problem with my printer, and was able to purchase the part from Cartridge People. To make sure it was compatible I telephoned the company, and this was confirmed. My printer part and the cartridges I ordered were delivered within a couple of days, which was great. Vicky helped me with my order.”

“Great service and good quality products. I forgot to add a voucher code, so called just after placing the order. Spoke to Liam who was excellent, got a credit based on my voucher code, so worth the call (it was a £150 order). Good company.”

“I have bought ink cartridges from Cartridge People for many years, with total satisfaction. As my old printer has been troublesome lately I sought their advice on a suitable replacement, ordered one and it was delivered next day. I had problems setting it up (resulting entirely from my own stupidity) but these were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Sheree and George, who were extremely patient and understanding the difficulties of an 88 year old customer. I would have no difficulty in recommending Cartridge People for both the quality of their ink cartridges and their excellent customer service.”

“Just to say I’ve always found the staff to be very helpful. Phil on this occasion went through the telephone order clearly assuring that no mistakes were made in both the order and the validation of address etc etc. Also found on previous occasion when I was considering a replacement printer- that most printers would not fit a particular shelf - staff helpful in recommending a make that would fit the shelf and that in their experience would also be reliable - an important factor!”
