“I Have used Cartridge People for some years, and have no complaints. The refills have always worked fine. That said, I ordered a refill recently and initially my printer would not work and kept saying "load toner" (when I had already loaded) and " "incompatible". However, I decided to ignore that and pressed on, and after I had told the printer to run a test page, it then printed everything out perfectly- not just the test page but what I had been trying to print before. Hopefully this will continue, which I assume it will.”

“I have dealt with CP over a number of years and have always found then extrenely efficient and helpful. Moreover, whenever I have had a problem with one of their own brand cartridges, it has always been promtly replaced and without fuss.”

“The service from you was excellent but sadly the same cannot be said for your chosen courier, evri! It took them 3 days to deliver my order during which it was impossible to track the consignment. It felt like the consignment had disappeared into the ether! May I respectfully suggest you use a different courier!”

“This purchase was the first time I have used caartridge people. I was impressed with the ease of ordering, the efficiency of delivery and the cost of cartriges. On receipt I initially had some issues with getting the cartige to fit. After a quick call the customer services it was easily resolved. The issue was down to me not fully understading what packaging to remove, not the product. I will certainly use again and recommend the company.”
