“No issue with Cartridge People only with their courier Evri who attempted an aborted delivery the day after receipt of the parcel. Four days later tracking showed no movement. Emailed Cartridge People and got a prompt reply from Gemma to let me know Evri had been asked to deliver ASAP. Received two days later with no tracking update from Evri? Thankyou Cartridge People and Gemma.”

“Not the cheapest but you get what you pay. Having tried generic cartridges from Amazon which didn't work I looked at Cartridge People. Easy to order and quick delivery. Will be my go to place now for business cartridges.”

“I had an excellent experience with Phil of Cartridge people yesterday. Like many others I have usually looked at various websites seeking the best prices for my Original Brother cartridges. I had sound help and advice, saw the benefit of modifying my order, placed on the phone. Additionally I learnt that they have a new approach to refurbished cartridges and all the quality issues they have traditionally had. They now use new cartridges, so effectively they are selling their own brand, rather than refilling others cast offs. A serious option next time. Phil's help set Cartridge People apart from others; my first port of call in the future.”

“I always buy cartridges from the cartridge people as brand pricing is utterly exorbitant and I have found that the cartridge people cartridges last for a long time. Their order and delivery service is superb. When I had an enquiry concerning how / if they recycle used printer cartridges Louise was very fast to respond to my enquiry email and gave me everything I needed to know (it’s nice to have a real person reply). I feel this company are real people who care about their products and customers. I am happy to be a customer!”
