“Terrible service. They use evri for deliveries who are appalling. I have just received a "we have delivered your parcel" email, with a location map and photo to prove it. Which is great, except they haven't delivered to our office as stated on the order, and the photo is of a parcel dumped on a pavement.”

“The goods I ordered never arrived. Phil quickly and courteously sorted the problem by sending a replacement set which arrived the following day. I cannot fault the service I received and wish all companies were as efficient and polite.”

“Having ordered these cartridges for our Show Secretary and requesting next day delivery, they arrived as required. However, it was found that the printer was actually kaput so the cartridges weren't needed. I contacted Cartridge People and Phil could not have been more helpful. He has arranged a refund to my credit card as soon as they receive the parcel. No complaints and I would certainly use this company again. Thank you all but especially Phil.”

“One of set of cartridges delivered damaged. Annoying as had urgent printing, but it can happen. Phoned up, Alison immediately apologised and set about sending a replacement for next day delivery after sending her a photo of the offending article. Great response.”

“Si Bennett Cartridge People Si was extremely helpful to me today. I was in a bit of a dilemma as my printer had run out of ink or so I had thought. I panicked and ordered an original set of ink cartridges for my Brother Printer through the Cartridge People only to find after I had ordered and paid for the cartridges I found that it was broken instead so the cartridges were no longer needed. I asked for a refund and through Si he arranged it. Extremely happy customer. Thanks Brian”

“After being promptly advised that my order had been despatched and was with the couriers I waited… After several days I attempted to track my delivery - finding it was still depot held. There was no mention of a delivery date. I contacted customer service at Cartridge People and received a prompt response from Liam, apologising for the delay, promising to contact the courier company and stating that my order would be re-sent if delays continued. I’m delighted to say delivery was made the following day…”

“9/12/2025 Ten days after making an order with Cartridge People, EVRI had failed to deliver my order of ink cartridges and paper. A new courier, DPD were appointed to deliver my parcel, at 4.45 to 5.45pm today. They didn’t turn up. I want my money refunded immediately. I have wasted far too much time on this simple order. Cartridge People’s service, once reliable, is appalling.”

“My order came in two separate deliveries, which I had not realised, so raised a complaint, claiming that part of my order had not been delivered. Liam, very helpfully looked into my complaint, and discovered that the second package had, indeed, been delivered, but left somewhere that I had not expected. He then send a photo submitted by the delivery driver and I was able to retrieve the package. Liam was very understanding of my stupidity at not checking first!”
