“I now only use Cartridge People for printer supplies. When I do a price comparison they are normally the cheapest, but its the 'extra' service you get from them that puts them above the rest. In the past I have had problems with my printer after installing toners and they have been incredibly helpful and helped me get the printer working again. On my most recent purchase I had a problem, they we quick with responses, gave me clear instructions to follow and hopefully a replacement toner will solve the issue. I dealt with Lindsay this time, but everyone has always been exceptional without exception. Great Company.”

“Great! I was hesitant to buy their own brand cartridges. I'd had bad experiences with Tesco's own brand....Cartridge not recognised 🥴. The lovely lass convinced me we wouldn't have the 'Tesco Issue' with their ones. Guess wot? She was right, cartridges in & bingo, all set! Will buy their own brand in future. Slightly cheaper and more ink I'm told! Thanks!!”

“Cartridge People are an excellent company. I have placed several orders over the last year and they always arrive quickly and well packaged and are a very fair price. With my old printer I was able to purchase Cartridge People's own brand cartridges which were very good quality but much cheaper than brand names but unfortunately I have bought a new printer ( HP Office Jet Pro 8130e series) and own brand cartridges are unavailable at the moment. I have been told they are looking into this so am hopeful I will soon be able to buy these. I always use the recycling bags that are provided by Cartridge People and have just run out so emailed the company and had an instant reply from Chris who confirmed some more have been posted out to me. Excellent service from everyone as always and I wouldn't use anyone else now.”

“The customer service from Cartridge People was absolutely superb. The cartridges I ordered would not work on my printer and I tried to get them to work but damaged the cartridge. Cartridge People explained by they didn't work on my printer and refunded me of the cartridges I bought. Overall EXCELLENT SERVICE.”

“One of the set of HP compatible laser cartridges from Cartridge People developed a fault after about 18mths. I called Cartridge People and a replacement was sent without any quibble or issue whatsoever. Received the replacement the next day. Outstanding customer service!
