“Cartridge people are fantastic! I order from them whenever I am running short of ink in one of my printers and the replacement is with me within a couple of days, never fail. Wherever possible I use their excellent cartridges which are very good quality, and last longer than the originals. They also stock original cartridges where (like my HP one) it won't accept own brand cartidges, and they are cheaper than I can get elsewhere! I always get predictable friendly e-mails about my orders, and I get a free pen with my orders as well as a cartidge recycling bag. Gret service, please continue!!!”

“I have purchased many items from Cartridge People in the past, I trust them as a company. Recently I bought a Cartridge People branded label tape for my Brother P700 label printer. Unfortunately the tape was defective and not printing properly. I contacted customer service via their website and within 10 minutes Sam had called me to discuss the issue. He was very helpful and agreed to replace the defective item without question. Sam really couldn’t have been more helpful and the issue was resolved without any fuss at all. I would also like to say this is the first time I have ever experienced any issue with a Cartridge People branded product. I find their products to be of high quality and will continue to buy Cartridge People products in the future. I highly recommend this company and the customer service I received from Sam tells me everything I need to know about how much they value their customers.”

“Over the last couple of months I've placed two orders for two cartridges with Cartridge People. The first order was just not delivered by the couriers despite tracking. the second delivery with a different courier showed signs of tampering and only one of the cartridges was delivered. The cartridges aren't cheap. On both occasions Cartridge People replaced the orders without quiblle. I cannot recommend their customer service highly enough. One only really gets to know how good a supplier is when something goes wrong and Cartidge People have been great. I will use them for all my future cartridges and again would recommend them.”

“I used the online contact form to report a faulty cartridge and within an hour, Rachel had emailed offering a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and she arranged its dispatch the same afternoon. So, very happy with this service and support.”

“Sending me the DOR, What if customers haven't got the IT, or unable to understand criteria. To ensure the delivery succeeds first time, The customer should have the right to claim compensation against the courier company. Can you ensure the signature is safe, and the sercurity is water tight! You were 👍 (Rachel), so ensure customers are always a priority. This was a heavy order, so shouldn't be easily lost. The courier company needs to follow supply chain practice and procedure. Keep me informed!”

“My parcel seemed to have gone missing when it reached the delivery service, it had shown as 'out for delivery' for several days. I contacted customer services and spoke to Caroline, the problem was immediately sorted and the parcel delivered the same day. Well done Cartridge People.”
