“We had a problem with our order and Caroline sorted it out very patiently and efficiently, a new cartridge arrived the following day. Great to talk to a real person that sorts things and doesn’t go round and round in circles! Great service, please never change!”

“On this occasion I had to ask for a refund because my printer was playing up - and Cartridge people just refunded it immediately. Emma was great. More generally, they have always been excellent value - offering their own label which performs pretty well - and even ringing me up to offer that and some free printer paper. They are a great company”

“You asked me the question and I will answer it, bought thinking it would be 24 hour delivery and it eventually arrived days later. Everything I buy that has EVRI as the delivery fulfillment courier is delayed I suggest that you use a different courier as it seems they are a disaster area! They are letting you down.”

“Just like to say I phoned up the cartridge people and a wonderful lady named Marianne. Sorted all my problems out. Also my new toner arrive the day after speaking to her what a fantastic service. Did have problems trying to get new toner in line would not except my cards or pay pal new password. But that’s ok phoning someone is better. Thank you great service.”

“After placing an order, I received a call from Cartridge People encouraging me to change my order to their own-brand cartridges. I felt pressured into agreeing at the time, but after looking into the cartridges further, I became concerned they could potentially damage my printer. Once they arrived, I returned them. I still haven’t reordered because I’m worried about receiving another sales call. I found this very unprofessional, especially as the phone number appears to be requested for delivery updates, but is then used for sales calls and upselling.”

“I had the great good fortune to connect with Caroline on your team to-day. She most patiently and kindly guided me through a tricky situation online and eventually came up a solution to the problem. “So far I’m very pleased with my purchase, I’ll be honest in saying that I don’t really like using compatible printer inks as I have had trouble in the past but genuine Epsom are so expensive now. Will see how they go”
