“I installed a cartridge I had bought over a year earlier and it did not work. After guiding me through cleaning procedures and printing tests, the cartridge was replaced. Alison was very helpful.”

“Great service. Bought a cartridge a few months ago, just opened it the other day, only to find that my printer would not read it. Contacted Cartridge People via email, was given some guidance, which did not solve the problem, so a replacement was sent immediately. Could not ask for more!!”

“Your service is second to none! I ordered goods, and also asked for a small supply of envelopes to return used cartridges. I was directed to Evri - but as I am elderly and not able to drop off parcels etc. I asked for an alternative method. Your employee Sam received my request and immediately dealt with this by sending recycling envelopes in the same parcel as my order.A prompt reply for which I would like you to thank him for me.
