“Excellent value and very competitive price. Unfortunately, the delivery was less than good. The Evri delivery person just chucked the package onto our driveway where it landed behind our car. We didn't see it or the email confirming its delivery until the next morning so could easily have reversed the car over the package. I instigated a complaint with Evri but didn't get a satisfactory response. Apparently, this is common practice for Evri. I am now reluctant to order goods when I know they will be delivered by them.”

“My purchase was competitively priced and arrived in good condition sooner than expected. My only complaint is that notifications from the courier regarding delivery timings were confusing, resulting in my being out when the actual delivery took place. Clearer and more consistent communications would have resulted in a score of 'excellent' which the product itself deserves.”

“Yellow toner on my printer started to leak toner, causing an annoying band of spotty yellow on the right side of printouts. Contacted CP and was assisted by George - super helpful, asked a couple of questions for support and evidence (as would be expected). The following day, I had a replacement toner delivered to the door. All installed and I'm back to printing! Thanks CP, and thanks George :)”

“Good efficient service, just a shame HP has blocked use of non HP ink as using cartridge people's own brand was a considerable saving and just as good as HP and lasted longer.”

“I have never ordered an ink cartridge on line before. This being my first experience was an absolute breeze. Phil the repesentative from the Cartdigve People was nothing short of fantastic. He helped me identify the model number of my printer & made ordering very sinmple. On top of it all the pricing is great, so much less expensive than purchasing an HP cartridge in stores or on line. So the store gets my 100% approval. Great customer service. Thanks a lot Phil.”
