“Given up shopping round. Cartridge People are my go-to now. Don't do a lot of printing, and I seem to run out of ink when I need it most. CP deliver good value original HP cartridges quickly and without fuss.”

“I bought a set of 4 laser printer toner cartridges in Jan 2025 and installed 3 at the time with no problems. I didn’t install the final cartridge until recently, but unfortunately the printer didn’t recognise this. I used the CP contact form and within less than an hour, George came to my rescue. After several exchanges of photos/videos/instructions/results, we agreed that a replacement cartridge was required. George sent this replacement at no cost and it arrived at my home less than 24 hours after my initial message. I was genuinely gobsmacked by the help and support from George – it felt immediate and personal, and to be frank way exceeded my expectations. CP refer to ‘100% satisfaction guarantee’, which is usually a PR cliché, but my experience confirmed that CP really do mean this. I am a long-term CP customer and this was the first time I had an issue, and for me this is often the real test of how good a company is. CP (and George in particular, of course) were exemplary, and I would recommend CP unconditionally.”
