“Dear the Cartridge People, I would like to thank you, and especially Melanie for her attention and patience with me over a period of week. The live chat was responded to within an hour or so. We then changed to email conversations. The length it took to resolve my problems was purely down to my freelance musician lifestyle. Melanie was able to lead me through getting my printer to accept your cartridges and then to sort out a print / driver problem I had with one of our machines on the Network. Once again thanks for your fantastic customer service best wishes Steve Station Music”

“I had a refund for an unwanted cartridge within two days and also I bought a printer that was delivered in just under 24hours. I made two phone calls to Cartridge People and both were very helpful and there was no rushing to get me off the phone. I would recommend Cartridge People to anyone.”

“Ordered Canon toner cartridge. Unfortunately the item was delivered in a badly damaged box, the toner itself looked intact but upon printing there were marks all over the paper. After contacting the customer support over the web form, response and support I received from Melanie was amazing. I like the fact that she first try to resolve the issue by providing me a detailed step to clean the drum, and upon discovering that the drum was damaged she arranged a repair quickly, all in all the whole process has taken less than a day over emails, quite impressive. Thanks very much!”

“Great Company, orders always received next day. I had an issue with a faulty cartridge today (first ever issue i have had as always been great in the past), and Sheree (by chat) was so friendly and helpful and said she would send a replacement out to me immediately, no hassle at all.
