“I had a problem with a Cartridge Peoples black HP cartridge, I emailed them and got a swift response from a lady called Melanie. Who was very patient while I explained the problem. She was as good as her word and has sent me a replacement cartridge. Thank you”

“With the best will in the world things will sometimes go wrong and it's what a company does then that is the main thing. In this case a quick and very helpful response from Marianne who arranged to send out a replacement for a cartridge that didn't work perfectly after being stored for a year. I cannot rate this company, and Marianne in particular, highly enough!”

“Excellent company to deal with. I made an order of 2 colour cartridges and forgot to apply the discount code. Followed up the order with an email stating such and if it could be applied now. Was delighted to receive an email from Emma saying that she had refunded me the discount. I have placed many orders with them over the years and always go to them for my cartridges. I always buy the refilled ones too with no problems so far. Fully recommend the company and thank you Emma for your excellent customer support.”
