“I have ordered from Cartridge people a number of times and have always found them reliable and quick to deliver my orders. I did have an issue this time with my order but the communication I received explained the reason. Also, the customer service I have received from Hannah to resolve another problem was fantastic. Despite these issues with my order I will definitely be using Cartridge People again in the future as I have full confidence that in the unlikely event of any problems they will be resolved quickly and with no fuss. I wish all companies could work this way!”

“Wiktoria helped me sort out my order, which included a wrong item. However this involved returning the whole order and starting again, which was a nuisance. However, original order delivered very quickly, and at a good price.”

“Had a problem changing ink on my Brothers Printer and could not get it printing. Rang the Cartridge People and spoke to Alison who was very patient with me going through the steps to take. I was on the phone for at least 20 minutes. At know stage did she give up and now the printer is up and running. Thanks to Alison”

“Just had a problem with 2 cannon cartridges suddenly not being recognised by my print these were new only 3 weeks ago and only used 2 times ok 3rd time error message . So I phoned the cartridge people up and spoke to wiki who was very polite and delt with the problem straight away and has sent out replacement cartridges and emailed a return label for the old cartridges. Very impressed with service. John.”

“I have used this company a lot. I needed ink for my eco tank, they were a good price. I paid for next day delivery, however, DPD said today they couldn't deliver. I was instantly offered the delivery money back and hopefully the item will arrive the next day instead. Cartidge People rep, Simon Heath, was very helpful and professional. What has let the company down is delivery, not their fault. DPD delivered a different item (from another company) earlier, and I come under one distribution location not others. Frustrating but at least Cartridge People understand.”
