“I had the great good fortune to connect with Caroline on your team to-day. She most patiently and kindly guided me through a tricky situation online and eventually came up a solution to the problem. She worked with me for possibly 30 mins without showing the least signs of irritation. Most certainly she deserves 5 stars”

“So far I’m very pleased with my purchase, I’ll be honest in saying that I don’t really like using compatible printer inks as I have had trouble in the past but genuine Epsom are so expensive now. Will see how they go”

“I bought some ink cartridges and found that my printer didn't like them. Contacted Lucy in the customer services team. Absolutely superb. Very quick response to my email. The support and communication from Lucy was second to none. Lucy kept in touch giving me advice and tips on how to solve the problem. I found her to be extremely hard-working and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. She really went above and beyond my expectations of how a company should help. Would definitely buy from here again because of the service and the 100% satisfaction guarantee is true.”

“Following our purchase of own brand onk from Cartridge People we have problems with both of out printers. Melanie and George were fantastic in offering advice and guidance. In the end Melanie and George sorted out replacement parts and genuine ink replacements in order to rectify my problem. “Ordered a Toner for my HP MFP M177fw Printer from Cartridge People item arrived the next day quicker than expected, opened it up and installed it, but then when trying to print it was making a loud clicking noise, and didn't print the colour (magenta) So Sent email to Customer Service, within about 10 minutes received email back from a loverly lady called Alison, who apologised and immediately offered to send me out a replacement toner, or if I chose a full Refund. I chose to have another toner as Alison explained that she would like to send me another toner just for my piece of mind and to eliminate there maybe a fault with the batch, or just with that one. I agreed for Alison to send me another toner which she sent the order through whilst answering my email it arrived first thing next day Tuesday 7th July 2026 put it in the printer and it worked perfect thank you Alison. I would just like to say Alison from Customer Service was Fantastic for how quick she handled my issue and dispatched a new toner, also how quick she replied to any of my emails (around 5) all within minutes No like some companies where you email them and if you get a reply sometimes takes days to get any sort of answer. I would Definitely use Cartridge People again for any of my toners or ink cartridges from now on. Quick,Polite,Professional,and like Cartridge People say 100% Customer Satisfaction.”

“The cartridges were fine. But I was highly disappointed that they have a 'rewards' programme that links to a marketing company offering 'free' spins on gambling websites. I don't think they should be offering customers the chance to get addicted to gambling as a reward. All these wretched companies offer free spins anyway. When I raised it with Cartridge People they said they had no control over it whatsoever. Mate, it's directly linked from your website. Get yourself a different marketing partner.”
