“Although Cartridge People themselves are very good and helpful what lets your service down is the delivery. I had an NHS appiontment (which it is never wise to cancel) so missed the first attempt to deliver. Then was left wondering for the whole week when it was to be attempted again. Next communication was to say it had been delivered ie. left proped up against the door.”

“I am still awaiting the package. Eric claimed they had delivered it but their photo was taken at the entrance to 24 dwellings and not to my door. They said they would advise you but since then I haven't heard from them or from you. Can you please sort this out soonest.”

“Extremely helpful and understanding service from Alison who was very patient with a non computer literate customer. She talked me through everything I had to to do and nothing was too much trouble and she did get this resolved for me. The Cartridge People have a wonderful Customer care ethic and do not "ditch" you like other companies once they have got your order. They take care of you throughout and want their products to please. I cannot praise them highly enough especially Alison - a big thank you from me.”

“I had a problem with a printer cartridge, and dealt with Caroline on the Live Chat. She suggested a solution which unfortunately didn't work, and immediately agreed to issue a replacement for the faulty cartridge. Very efficient customer service from an actual human being!”
