“I received tracking info for my order - next day delivery. However, next update: We have returned your order to sender (!) as not collected. What??? Email exchange ensued. The marvellous Lindsay dealt with the problem, offering refund or new delivery - I still needed the ink! Lindsay promised to sort it out, & I received my order the following day. Problem solved, great service by Lindsay - thank you!”
