“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from The Cartridge People from start to finish. Gemma provided outstanding customer service and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I also want to mention another member of staff whose name I unfortunately can’t remember (sorry!) who rang me shortly after I placed my online order. She took the time to explain the benefits of switching from very expensive Epson ink to The Cartridge People’s own-brand ink. Not only is it much cheaper, but it also comes with guarantee cover in case the ink damages your printer. Unfortunately, this actually happened with my previous printer when using ink from another supplier, and because I didn’t have any cover, I ended up having to buy a completely new printer. Knowing I now have that protection gives me real peace of mind. Fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff, and great value for money. Highly recommended!”

“Have been a (private) customer for some years, buying copy paper, Toner cartridges and Ink cartridges - all own brand. Only twp problems: once missed entering a code for dscount, rectified quickly by a chat which allowed me to obtain the discount credit: second was a leaking toner cartridge, rectified by them supplying a replacement after a chat with Sheree. Totally satisfied with products and service, particularly Sheree. Geoff (age 96)”

“I had amazing support from Caroline when I had a problem with a cartridge. After following her advice and the problem remained. Caroline said she would post out a replacement. This replacement arrived the next day and I can now print again! Great service and very helpful advice. Thank you. Heather Cox”
