“Vicky responded immediately to my question as to why the full order was not received: she was very reassuring and indeed the last item ordered was delivered the next day. Exactly as ordered, good prices, fit for purpose. Very good all round. Full marks.”

“Ordered online some Canon ink cartridges for my Canon printer, which went smoothly. However, within 2 minutes I received a call trying to persuade me to change to their own cartridges. As much as I expressed my preference for Canon the caller persisted in trying to make me change my mind. This call could have had bed consequences had I had mental health issues and has had the opposite effect for the call!”

“I have been using this company for a few years now , and found them to be very reliable and efficient . Recently though , I had a problem with an ink cartridge , so reached out to their customer services . A good measure of how honest and trusting a company is , is the way they handle things when a customer isn't satisfied . I always read the negative reviews as well as the positive ones , to get my own vibe on whether I want to deal with a firm . With regards to my own issue , my email was answered , very promptly by guy called Phil . He was very friendly and apologetic and keen to get to the bottom of what the issue was . After a few conversations ( some on the phone even ! ..how often do you get to speak to a real person ? ) , and running some printer tests , he advised me to throw the ink cartridge away and immediately authorised a full refund . These things happen though and so I ordered some more ink , which arrived the next day . So, I highly recommend the Cartridge people . They have kept my custom purely because of the way they handled my complaint . Five stars to the company and a big shout out to Phil , thank you . Every company could do with a Phil !”
