“Our parcel failed to deliver after we moved office and our old address and new address became muddled. Chris was very helpful and reorganised another delivery to the correct new address ASAP”

“I bought a multi set of cartridges from the Cartridge People, but unfortunately there was an issue. So I contacted the Cartridge People to explain the situation. Louise answered & to my delight, she listened to what had happened & she gave me a full refund. I can't thank her enough for understanding & not putting me through the 3rd degree. “I had an issue with an own brand catridge and was given straight forward advice from Melanie & Phil to rectify the problem but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue so I was was offered a replacement or my money back . I opted to get a replacement as I have bought from them before and was very satisfied. Excellent communication from start to finish.”
