“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I was sure i ordered the manufactures ink, HP305XL, you sent your own version. My printer would not accept your cartridges so i had to rush out to buy the correct cartridges. Now have 4x usless cartridge.”

“Originally I was querying cartridges but in fact I had purchased from another supplier. In my last email I pointed out I had bought my printer from Cartridge People on 21 May 2022. I asked if Cartridge People had received any feedback regarding the effect of compatible cartridges rather than originals on my specific printer. I received a somewhat generic response "we are not really allowed to comment on another companies [sic] compatible products"—which wasn't the question I asked. However, other than that my dealings with Cartridge People have been fine, so I've rated them 4 out of 5 stars.”

“I cannot fault the service I received from the Cartridge people. Even a telephone call to make sure I had the correct ink and also check my printer make. My order arrived the next day. Very prompt service. I would certainly recommend Thankyou”

“Gemma was so helpful and talked me through checking that I had checked the I’ll I received was put in right also going through cleaning the copier. Gemma then arranged a replacement which I received the next day.”

“I have used Cartridge People for many years & the customer service, when called upon, is always excellent. On a very few occasions when a problem occurs with a cartridge there is never any question as regards replacement, as was recent occurrence when Melanie resolved my issue perfectly, many thanks!🙂”
