“Liam was very helpful when I discovered several months after the delivery that the waste toner boxes I had ordered were not the correct ones due to a warehouse error. He arranged for me to return the items for a full refund. many thanks”

“My package arrived late on 9 June 2026. I was given a timescale of 08:50 to 12:50 which was great as I had an afternoon appointment. However, it was eventually delivered by FedEx at 14.14. I initiated an online chat and Sheree in Customer Service was really helpful. Much appreciated.”
