“No complaints whatsoever! I ordered printer cartridges on the morning of 30 December and they were delivered at 1203pm the 31 December, an excellent service as always from the Cartridge People. The cartridges are even cheaper than the same items offered by the manufacturer. Excellent confirmation, communication, tracking and Customer Service. Will I be back for more? Indubitably!”

“I have used The Cartridge People several times without any problem whatsoever. Service is very fast and efficient and I would highly recommend. However on the most recent occasion I had a problem with the Own brand cartridge I ordered for a new printer but it turned out it was my fault for ordering the wrong type. Alison was exceptionally helpful in very promptly sorting out the issues - I was very impressed with the service she provided.”

“I placed a bulk order for my Printer Ink. One cartridge was not able to connect to the printer. I contacted the Cartridge People and Si Bennett dealt with my issue. within a day I had a replacement cartridge. Excellent service - thank you!”

“I was a bit concerned but popped the cartridges in and they work perfectly. HP app warned me that there might be problems, but there were none!”

“It is easy to make an order on the website. Although I have changed printer since my previous order it was easy to find the different cartridge that I now need. It took a little longer to deliver the order than the normal next day, but it is Christmas and all deliverers must be extremly busy.”

“items not received, Evri are notorious for failling to deliver in my area. I will wait until next week before asking for a refund to allow for the holiday period”

“Quick turnaround from order to delivery. A previous HP364 black leaked under the printer and made a mess of the desktop. Also our printer will only accept genuine HP cartridges which is annoying”
