“I rang Cartridge People about a faulty Brother toner cartridge. Marianne was very friendly and most helpful, quickly arranging a replacement cartridge with a minimum of fuss and paperwork.”

“Outstanding service, quality of its cartridges and the help provided by Lucy when the packet was torn during the delivery process. The missing item was quickly replaced even though the accidental damage occurred during after the item had been dispatched.”

“Marianne from customer services was so helpful on the phone trying to sort out the problem with my Epson XP-205 which was eventually solved.reasonable price superb delivery Evriwithin two days. Easy to order good choice.”

“I had ordered the wrong parts and left a message on the Cartridge People system. Marianne rang me back early the next working day and arranged return of my parts and shipped the correct item. “Excellent customer service when I had a problem, it was solved quickly and efficiently spoke to Phil today and he sorted out a refund and was very friendly and helpful would definitely use the company again”

“I had an issue with my delivery via Evri. Lucy at Cartridge People Customer Service responded immediately and rectified the situation within a few minutes even though technically the fault appears to be with Evri's delivery service which is very poor currently in my area. Very impressed with the level of customer care I have received. Thank you Lucy - great job!”

“I placed an order for brand cartridges and within a few minutes I got a call (can' remember chaps name but very pleasant) advising me that I could save money if I went with their own brands. I explained that I've tried this before with cartridges and that my printer would give the error message of 'not recognising cartridge' and that I would need to purchase the recommended manufacturers. He reassured me that wouldnt happen with theirs. I agreed, and he was correct - printer very happy and I got a refund from them as well. Super customer service. Thanks Laura”

“So glad to be able to talk to a human as opposed to a bot or just on line. Rachel was lovely, friendly, professional knew her stuff and really was patient with my lacking proficiency on mobiles and computers. Your price for the cartridges was the best I could find on line and it was a pleasure being served by Rachel.”
