“Having ordered incorrectly , I emailed the company to clarify the returns policy. The next morning I received an answer from Sam who I consequently had a very positive phone call with. Sam was extremely helpful and was able to sort my problem out efficiently and very professionally. I couldn’t recommend the assistance iII received from this company high enough, and Sam is a true credit to this company.”

“Had a problem with the cartridges supplied as my printer would not accept them. Having spoke to Marianne via live chat she arranged for a replacement set to be sent which did the trick. I would add that Marianne was very helpful and professional with advice and manner of dealing with the problem. As a result i would have no hesitation in recommending Cartridge People to anyone i know.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to write a review. The items that were sent fit my printer perfectly, however the printer will not accept these cartridges because they are not HP equivalents. I have had to replace these cartridges with genuine HP items. I have spent an amount of money on items that do not provide therefore and I will not be doing that again. I was under the impression that the Cartridges that I had bought from the Cartridge people would be able to transcend this irritating problem.”

“Ive been using Cartridge People for some years always an excellent service and very competitively priced. I only ever had one problem when delivery company mislaid order and Customer Services (Chris) at Cartridge People sorted it and ensured I had next day replacement. You cannot ask more than that for service. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“Chris replied promptly and courteously to my queries. I was swiftly supplied with mailing bags for used printer cartridges as I requested. However, I note that the bags are not suitable for Epson cartridges. I have some for disposal, so I’m back to square one, seeking my own way to dispose of them.”

“I have used Cartridge People for a number of years and have always found their customer service second to none. Orders almost always arrive next day, very well packaged and always with a complementary pen. Prices are excellent and their Own Brand Multipac 'Squirrel' ink cartridges perform equally as well as Epson cartridges but are half the price! I recently tried their own brand photo paper and my Epson printer would not pick it up, however with Hannah's expert troubleshooting and very knowledgeable advice this issue was quickly resolved. All their products are guaranteed 100% so you can shop with absolute confidence.”
