“I contacted you via the chat service and spoke to Melanie thinking that wrong cartridges had been delivered. She was extremely helpful and looked up the type of cartridges that had been delivered and type of printer. She acted in a very professional manner despite the fact that I had made a mistake. Full marks for the service! I would recommend Cartridge People to anyone.”

“Hi there, I needed to return my inkjet cartridges because they were not working with my printer. Melanise sent me instructions for some procedures that might help. Unfortunately this did not solve my problem. However Melanie continued to give me great after-sales service and arranged for a full refund. This was all done in a couple of hours on the second of January. I will be recommending cartridge-people and would like to name Melanie too for her help.”

“I've been a customer for several years and had accumulated a large number of used cartridges which many online recylers won't accept, so I emailed customer service and had a prompt and helpful reply from Chris so that a big bag of cartridges will soon be in uts way back to be recycled.”

“thought i was ordering toner and got a box off drum units my fault had opened one to see no toner and contacted for return but refused. I guess thats where the other companies succeed. Ordered new printer form competitir with no quibble returns! Won't be retruning as a customer.”

“Had issue with compatible cartridge. No fault of Cartridgepeople, but due to HP+ locking printer meant can only use HP Ink. Alison gave excellent advice, then without issue happily organised a refund and a free return of unused cartridges. Can not fault customer service with this company which is refreshing.”
