“The website was easy to use and the order process was straightforward. Delivery by courier (Evri?) was on time. Unable to comment on the cartridge quality as I will not be installing them until present ones expire.”

“The cartridges I ordered came when expected, unfortunately although the outer packaging was perfect inside the boxes were rather bashed . The cartridges seem to be fine though I was a bit disappointed that the free pen that you sent me was in bits so I had to bin itl”

Thank you for your review. I'm pleased to hear that your cartridges arrived on time and that the cartridges themselves appear to be working correctly. However, I'm sorry to learn that the inner packaging was damaged and that the complimentary pen arrived broken. We were completely unaware of these issues, and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to put things right. “I ordered two " own Brand" ( black and multi colour ) extra size cartridges for my HP printer . Whilst they loaded okay , and appeared to work , they would not register on the printer to show content level . It transpired that some HP printers will not , accept this size `compatibles `. Without any hasle a refund for the full price was issued immediately. I then ordered two normal size HP 305 cartridges , which worked out slightly cheaper although smaller content, which were delivered within a couple of days. BRILLIANT SERVICE”

“I am quite pleased with the product but the courier EVRI was terrible . EVRI sent me an email saying that the product was delivered and left in my Porch. Totally untrue. I was in all day, on the day of the so called delivery. It turned out that they left the packet at the wrong address, outside behind a rubbish bin. I was lucky that kind and honest person delivered it to my address.”
