“I have used Cartridge People for a number of years and have always found their customer service second to none. Orders almost always arrive next day, very well packaged and always with a complementary pen. Prices are excellent and their Own Brand Multipac 'Squirrel' ink cartridges perform equally as well as Epson cartridges but are half the price! I recently tried their own brand photo paper and my Epson printer would not pick it up, however with Hannah's expert troubleshooting and very knowledgeable advice this issue was quickly resolved. All their products are guaranteed 100% so you can shop with absolute confidence.”

“I had a problem with a cartridge and I sent an email requesting advice. Within 15 minutes I had a phone call back, a pleasant conversation with one of your representatives and a promise to provide a replacement cartridge”

“I am a regular customer and bought a replacement toner cartridge for my Brother printer. On unpacking the cartridge it was covered in toner and failed to work when it was put in the printer. I contacted your customer services and spoke to Alison who told me not to try and use the faulty cartridge but to recycle it. She then ordered another one for me and it was delivered the next day. Great service from Alison who even sent me some tea bags to cheer me up.”

“Having had a problem with some new replacement Cartridge People inkjets, I contacted the customer services team and spoke to Sam who was very helpful and ran through various tips to get the cartridges to work - but none were successful. Sam them arranged for two new inkjet cartridges to be sent to me free of charge (which arrived the next day), and which worked perfectly. A splendid after sales customer service!”
