I bought colour and black cartridges about three months ago. When my Kodak black cartridge ran out, I replaced it with one from your company. All my copies now come out without the black (more like a light grey) and some copies are coming out like negatives. Any help would be appreciated.

Ordered a "lookalike" cartridge. Big mistake, it soaks into the paper as if it was blotting paper. Wont be doing that again.

Selling replacement cartridges, that are refills. Known to be unsuitable for printing photos. Total waste of time, resulting in having to buy a new printer. Honoured the money back, but still!!!

Dear Customer Thank you for your email. I am sorry that you had a problem with the toners we supplied. Unfortunately some printers do have very sensitive software which can prevent/hinder the use of a product which is not the manufacturers own. You would not be able to tell how sensitive the software is prior to trying a compatible toner, we offer to replace or refund and items which will not work correctly. Delivery delayed due to incorrect post code in system. Having corrected this directly I received another email telling me my details were incorrect when they weren't. Very confusing. So sorry but not a smooth experience. However all arrived ok and cartridges were good value.

Since I’m still waiting for your response to my earlier question about not having received my order my review can’t be anything but negative. As of this date 25 July 2018 at 19.30 hours the item I ordered still hasn’t arrived and you still haven’t explained why or where it is or when I’m likely to receive it. I must say one positive thing I’m happy I made this a trial run with only one cartridge ordered. Hopefully you will be able to prove your better than this experience.

Cartridge People were fine but the post office in my area is awful. I missed their first delivery, arranged a redelivery and stayed in all day but they didn't come. I shall probably arrange delivery with another deliverer next time even if it costs a bit more.

As a long-term customer of Cartridge People, I was always attracted to their "Compatible" range of inkjet cartridges due to entirely due to the much lower price, and value offered for them: However, over the last year or so, I began to experience problems with their reliability: I would fit a replacement 'compatible' cartridge, and 1/2 days later my Canon printer said ink has run out? If you phone customer services to complain, you receive the same story? Ah! remove cartridge, clean copper contacts with a damp tissue, allow it to "air-dry" for 24 hours: If not successful then phone us back: So much for their much quoted "No Quibble" guarantee!

No advance delivery advised - only advised parcel was at a collect point only when checking an update on the situation. Will certainly consider using this company again in the future.

The compatible cartridges have good colour except this time the blue was a peculiar shade took a few tries before I got anything like blue it looks as if it had been put in a used magenta cartridge

Not very impressed. On opening the package and removing the yellow tape three out of the 5 cartridges just poured ink out of them. Covering my fingers, ruining my paperwork on my desk,my appointments calendar also my shirt. My hands look as if I have spent an hour in a tattoo studio. Not impressed :-(

Twice now I have ordered and twice here has been a delay in receiving cartridges. I ordered very early on Friday morning last for next day delivery,. Saturday I assume is a working day. I am old my order will not be with me until late today Monday I am without ink so cannot fully function today I will be seeking another source of supply in future Colin Banks

Thank you for your review. I see the goods you have purchased are on a standard delivery not a next day service. Deliveries usually arrive with within 3-4 days, from the dispatch date. However, our website states that Deliveries can take between 2 - 7 business days. Cartridges took 2 weeks to arrive. Poorly packaged and subsequently arrived all bashed around. Furthermore, my email enquiring about long delivery time remains unanswered. Won't be ordering from the Cartridge People again.

I am terribly sorry to read you have had a poor experience with us. We did reply to your email on the 11/06/2018 @ 16:30:28 - not sure why it was not received. I will pass your feedback onto our warehouse manager regarding the packaging. We use Royal Mail, as they successfully deliver billions of items a year to millions of addresses. In the majority of cases items are delivered, within their estimated time frame. However, on occasion parcels can get delayed or misplaced, therefore arriving late. Again please accept my apologies this is not the usual standard of service that we offer. It would would like to discuss this further please contact us directly.
