The Black has come out very light almost watery no good for me.

Cartridge didn't fit my printer, I had to modify it to make it fit.

I had ordered HP toners but then received a sales call persuading me to change the order to the compatible alternative which I was assured would work perfectly. Needless to say they did not work at all and I have been left with no printing capability. Very unhappy indeed.

Service very quick, well packaged however my printer still tells me ink is low after loading cartridges.

Cartridges are fine now they’re in place ..... but 2 colours leaked badly on my husbands hands ( which are still stained!) and on the floor, which thankfully is laminate.

I am sorry to hear you have received leaking cartridges. Please carefully remove the cartridges from the printer immediately. Never place leaking or damaged cartridges into your printer. A member of the team will contact you directly.

The google search i did listed the Samsung version of the cartridge I was after as the top result and advertised it as being available next day from Cartridge People. In trying to place the order on line I then discovered the actual Samsung one was not available next day delivery but the cartridge people one was. As I needed it urgently I ordered the cartridge people one advertised as being available next day. I placed the order and guess what it arrived two days later. A lot of marketing hype to reel you in to buy their own product and then they fail to deliver as promised.

Dear Mr Brocken I have looked at your order and can see that you did order in good time for despatch the same day. There seems to have been a delay in the system transferring the order to the suppliers for despatch. Unfortunately, the suppliers received the order after they finished despatch for the day, which is why your order was not shipped until the day after ordering. I can only apologise for this. Whilst the cartridges are fine, the delivery information and performance is unsatisfactory. The ordering system does not reveal that delivery can take up to 7 working days until after the order has been placed. Clearer information is required to avoid customers having to order elsewhere to meet urgent needs.

Have used Cartridge People in the past with no issues but on this occasion one of the cartridges I purchased that I have tried so far doesnt work

I ordered the brand online. Your sales man phoned and spent 10 mins telling me to switch to the generic. Explained generic ruined my previous printer but he kept on... brand arrived but was hassled by your staff😓

Fear that yet again cartridge (itself a replacement ) is US. But as is my wont am persevering in hope will get it to work. In meantime - as again is my wont - am paying local library for copying

My packages arrived much sooner than expected so well done on that. Problem is, one package was unwrapped and the box was not sealed, meaning everybody could see what was inside and could easily help themselves to the contents, for which I paid just over £62.00, if they wanted to. I could not believe that the item even reached me in this state so the delivery company and their agent are to be commended for their honesty.

In my order one of the black cartridges the small circuit board was detached. Therefore the cartridge was unusable - the other black cartridge is fine. I contacted you by the "contact us" area of your website and received no reply, I completed an unfavourable review and was then contacted by telephone and was told the faulty cartridge would be replaced. That was over a week ago and still not received a replacement.

Unfortunately my printer frequently jams & breaks down with the new print cartridge when I try to print double sided. This never happened when I used the previous 'genuine' Samsung cartridge.

The service is good/excellent as always, however, the PRICE has just shot up without any warning or justification far too far, I have not done any calculations but for my cartridges, the price has gone from £25 each to about £40+ overnight and that is on top of a 20% rise last year

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately prices for ink and toner cartridges have risen in recent months across the whole range. As we are unable to control the rises in prices we do try and remain competitive compared to other cartridge suppliers and the high street prices.

Hi you are normally 100% when I’ve ordered in the past However I couldn’t get the black ink to work so tried second black and that didn’t work either so had to buy genuine Epson ink in the end.

I put in my printer make and your system took me to the relevant cartridges for the printer. Up front was an offer for Buying two packs. Great i clicked and was delivered a pack minus grey!! The pack was not for my printer - then had to waste time reordering the additional cartridges...

Sadly on this occasikon the coloured cartridge ordered was useless due to the red component not working. Reported it to be told no further stocks available and refund would be made. Apology sent with voucher for discolunt on next purchase, but one wonders whether this particular cartridge had attracted other complaints. Suggest supplier be queried.

I am sorry to hear you had a problem with the AGFA canon colour ink cartridge. We currently do not have this stock available but do have the picture expert cartridge. All our products are manufactured to the highest standards, and sourced only from manufacturers with exacting standards, many holding ISO9000/9001/9002 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards. Unfortunately, occasionally products slip through the net. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
