I had one black, and the colour cartridge for my HP printer. I wrongly thought that the price meant my black cartridge was the XL. The price is not competitive- especially since they then charged £7.99 for postage on two little cartridges. That wants sorting!

I apologise for any confusion regarding delivery charges. All of our prices include postage and delivery - the price on the website is the price you pay. We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. As your goods were dispatched from Switzerland we have to include a postage and handling charge on each packet. This is not an additional charge, it is included. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping/handling costs. Delivery is included for deliveries in the UK.

PURCHASING THE CARTRIDGES WAS NOT THAT MUCH OF A PROBLEM BUT ACTUALLY GETTING THEM TO WORK PROVED TO BE A DISASTER. AFTER SPEAKING TO A NUMBER OF STAFF ASKING FOR HELP TO ACTUALLY GET THE LINK BETWEEN MY PC AND MY EPSON PRINTER TO WORK, WITHOUT SUCCESS, I FINALLY HAD TO ASK MY SON IN LAW TO HELP ME. HE IS AN IT CONSULTANT WITH MUCH EXPERIENCE. IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES HE HAD SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PRINTER IS WORKING PERFECTLY. SO PRODUCT IS FINE, THANK YOU, BUT STAFF ARE NOT SO GOOD AT RESOLVING CUSTOMER PROBLEMS. OR MAYBE THEY NEED TO CONVERSE IN PLAIN ENGLISH SO THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN EASILY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY ARE GIVING. A CASE FOR RETRAINING PERHAPS1

When I visit Cartridge People to buy a printer cartridge I don’t expect you to share my personal preferences or information with other parties, or expect you to ask me to do so. I am making an online purchase, that is all. If I choose to visit a high street retailer, the last thing I expect is for someone to ask me at the door to share my personal information before entering the store or after making a purchase.

The last two orders I have received from you have both shown up on my computer after putting in new cartridges as low ink and I have had to order more I am away now till 25th September then when I get home I will have no alternative but to look for a new supplier, sorry

I never received it as it automatically went to an old address from a few years ago. My new address is 15 Walford Road WN4 8PH Left a note at my old address and they haven’t got in touch so bit fed up cos need it for my studies.

Cartridge would not work in the printer checked I had removed the seal and read the instructions and tried again still did not work anyway bought one from the shops and it worked. John

I found your compatable cartridges were poor quality the colour one only printed five postcard size photos then ran out.i had to buy some replacement ones not happy at all

Dear Alec, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you have had an issue with the colour cartridge provided by ourselves. Page life provided for an ink cartridge is based on lab tests done following ISO standards. When these test are performed the same page is printed continuously on standard settings using standard A4 paper, unless it is specifically a photo cartridge where they may use alternative settings. Keep in mind, there are countless variables when using at home, including, but not limited to, cleanings, printer clean cycles, saturation, etc. The tests are based on 5% coverage of an A4 page. When you print at home you may print full letters, images, photos, therefore printing pages that cover 25%, 50% up to 100% of the page will drastically decrease this provided page yield. In regards to replacements you are covered for 2 years under our guarantee, our customer service team are happy to assist with any faulty cartridges. I am sorry that the the compatable colour cartridge which was substituted on by the order by my agreement has only last a short time contrary to your advice by phone to change to that product

I received two full packs of cartridges in good time thanks. Unfortunately one of the black ones was duff and wouldnt work so I changed it and it was ok. I contacted you about it but no reply so I sent another email without reply so as a last resort I'm having to appeal to you in this review. The other colours are fine by the way.

Cancelled in end as order never delivered. They did try to sell their own product to me after I had ordered which wasn't helpful. But my cancellation was dealt with efficiently.
