The cartridge only work for one A4 paper of print and my printer show up the sign of empty cartridge so I have to replace the new one it’s totally waste of money don’t recommend other

Very prompt delivery but no I instruction about compatibility with Canon printer and did not send XL when ordered.

I thought the price included VAT which I can reclaim as I am VAT registered but the cartridge came from Switzerland and so no VAT was charged. This means that it cost me 20% more than I anticipated. I am not happy.

HMRC operates a scheme known as LVCR (low value consignment relief). This scheme provides an allowance, below which VAT is not payable. In this instance your order has fallen below this threshold. I ordered couple of black 'generic' toner cartridges for my HP Laserjet M855 ( a high output SRA3 colour printer. At nearly £100 each they still work out at a quarter the cost of buying new HP ones, so I was hoping for something good! Arrived in 4 days (from a 3rd party supplier), in ill fitting boxes (not that it matters, but at nearly £100 each, times 2 ...). One didn't work at all, machine couldn't recognise it, second one worked, but produced a really 'blotchy' and mottled image. Remanufacture quality poor (they are just cut-up HP originals), toner quality extremely poor, packaging and presentation poor - definitely wouldn't re order. Money refunded after a bit of discussion, but my black imaging unit isn't now in the best of condition as a result. Don't touch - find a reliable toner supplier and do your own refilling - cost around £40 per cartridge for this machine, £160 complete set - against £1600 (eye watering) for HP OEM units.

At the moment I am awaiting resolution with the order delivery. Someone random signed for the package and even though the business was open at the time of delivery. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly and I can revise this rating. Customer services are being helpful though which is why I'm not giving a 0.

Great service - but very disappointed that the price has increased from £22 to £30 on a Black 62XL in 5 months. That's over 33% Have found priced at 17.25 elsewhere and all the other cartridges I need are cheaper too Can't recommend purely because of the price

Just ordered some original HP toner cartridges from this website. Although I specifically selected the option for no marketing communication, I get a call 5 minutes later from them, asking if I don't want to change my order and buy some third-party toner instead. I told the guy that his website already suggests third-party options whenever you add some original cartridges in the shopping basket, and if I already declined this offer twice it means that I'm not interested. He kept pressing about it, explaining that they have a larger margin on third-party toner. I asked him then why should I buy the third party ones from them, when there are plenty of cheaper options on Amazon, and all claim the same thing (exact original specification, full warranty). Why should I save only £100 and not £200? I'm now worried that they might not even have the original HP toners in stock, and all was a bait and switch manoeuvre. Not the best impression!

compatible cartridge H-302XL BK. not accepted by my HP 3630 printer cartridge was leaking on receipt. would not recommend picture expert cartridges.

I own an HP Photosmart 7520 and the 364 ink cartridges I received (branded Picture Expert Premium cartridges) are not recognised by the printer. The printer tells me they are missing, hence no ink level indicator. Delivery time was fine.

I ordered 2 sizes of glossy photo paper from Cartridge People: 13 x 18cm and A4. Both had a 2 for 1 offer on, which was a positive, and both claimed to be compatible with ALL inkjet printers. Beware! the 13 x 18 cm (7 x 5) paper will not feed through my HP Envy Photo 7134 printer, and therefore will not print. The A4 size does feed through and print, but I would describe the results as Ok, nothing more.

First, my printer would not recognise the cartridge and when I finally got it to recognise it, it's printing out very light as if the ink cartridge wasn't full.

I had one black, and the colour cartridge for my HP printer. I wrongly thought that the price meant my black cartridge was the XL. The price is not competitive- especially since they then charged £7.99 for postage on two little cartridges. That wants sorting!

I apologise for any confusion regarding delivery charges. All of our prices include postage and delivery - the price on the website is the price you pay. We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. As your goods were dispatched from Switzerland we have to include a postage and handling charge on each packet. This is not an additional charge, it is included. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping/handling costs. Delivery is included for deliveries in the UK.

PURCHASING THE CARTRIDGES WAS NOT THAT MUCH OF A PROBLEM BUT ACTUALLY GETTING THEM TO WORK PROVED TO BE A DISASTER. AFTER SPEAKING TO A NUMBER OF STAFF ASKING FOR HELP TO ACTUALLY GET THE LINK BETWEEN MY PC AND MY EPSON PRINTER TO WORK, WITHOUT SUCCESS, I FINALLY HAD TO ASK MY SON IN LAW TO HELP ME. HE IS AN IT CONSULTANT WITH MUCH EXPERIENCE. IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES HE HAD SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PRINTER IS WORKING PERFECTLY. SO PRODUCT IS FINE, THANK YOU, BUT STAFF ARE NOT SO GOOD AT RESOLVING CUSTOMER PROBLEMS. OR MAYBE THEY NEED TO CONVERSE IN PLAIN ENGLISH SO THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN EASILY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY ARE GIVING. A CASE FOR RETRAINING PERHAPS1

When I visit Cartridge People to buy a printer cartridge I don’t expect you to share my personal preferences or information with other parties, or expect you to ask me to do so. I am making an online purchase, that is all. If I choose to visit a high street retailer, the last thing I expect is for someone to ask me at the door to share my personal information before entering the store or after making a purchase.

The last two orders I have received from you have both shown up on my computer after putting in new cartridges as low ink and I have had to order more I am away now till 25th September then when I get home I will have no alternative but to look for a new supplier, sorry
