The implication from the ad was that free delivery took place next day, in fact it was 3 working days

I have placed the new cartridge in the printer , unfortunately the black ink is very pale it is more like a grey and not as clear as it should be..I have bought before and had no problem .

Th cartridges came and whilst sealed they were not of an acceptable standard for printing - it was very faded as though they had dried out

Always been pleased with the service and quality but this latest batch have been so difficult to install. Printer not recognising the cartridge, one of the yellow ones won’t work at all Really wishy washy colours Don’t think I’ll be getting any more off you

Not pleased this time. One cartridge was faulty and although response was helpful we landed up out of pocket having ordered a single replacement cartridge. Unable to cancel.

having been shown on your website that the cartridges I ordered would be operated by my printer, I found that they were too large and did not fit. I am giving them to my local charity shop

Needed cartridges quickly but disappointed by long delivery time. Also contrary to being told that they would be repacked to fit through my letter box they didn't so I had to collect from the local PO depot.

Delivery times are 2 - 7 days, all goods are packed to try and make them letterbox sized so I apologise that this wasn't the case.

Ordered two cartridges and they came about a week ago, I put them both in my printer, and used them once , now today, the printer is telling me there’s no ink left, is this normal, I’m very disappointed,

The Cartridge Shown as Nearly empty when I fitted into my printer the day that I received It is now printed a total of 18 pages and showing as Ink has run out replace the cartridge code 1688 obviously this is totally Unacceptable

been ok up to the last black and colour cartridges bought, instead of 400+ pages for both I got about 20 Pages out of them then they both run out, what a waste of £20 + pounds. this has happened before but it normally allows a few more pages than this, so based on this I have to put poor.

Not happy with the ink replacement for the pink, as it states on your website that this will print out 220 pages with 2 pink ink cartridges. I managed to print 15 pages and it told me to replace the pink ink as it had gone already! I purposely brought from this site from all the good reviews. very disappointed

Dear sirs I purchased my latest pack of cartridges on the 13th of this month. We have not used the printer to a great extent but already the window has come up saying ink low and need to renew. From previous experience I would have expected them to have lasted longer. Therefore I am doubtful of buying more from you. Douglas McCowan

The ink ran out within 3 weeks. I am very surprised and we have not been doing any excessive printing.

Order arrived in good time. Unfortunately the Epson compatible cartridges are not accepted by my printer and will have to buy genuine cartridges. Waste of money.

Compatible ink cartridges for Canon printer ALL leaked with significant ink lost causing damage to articles around printer when the small safety tab was removed, no matter how gently. NOT HAPPY

Not a bad experience. It's just that they offer discounts on all compatible toners, never on originals. most of us who use lasers know that the originals are the best NOT compatibles. So offer discounts on originals and you would get more orders.

Unfortunately we cannot offer the same discounts on Original Ink and Toner Cartridges because we as a company make very little in terms of profit it anything, sometimes we have no margin at all as we could purchase them in for the same price we sell them for. Where as with the Compatibles we have more of a margin to offer discounts. I hope this answers your question for you.
