“Previously bought your own brand cartridges for my Epson printer after being persuaded by a follow up phone call . Unfortunately they only worked intermittently and then not at all . My new order for genuine epson cartridges are working fine even though persuasion was still tried on the phone to get me to change to your replacement cartridges .”

“Had a black Epson compatible cartridge fail. This was the first time this has happened with a Cartridge People compatible product. Emailed Customer Services. Had a response from Rachel. Who recognised my problem and offered me a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement and it arrived the following day with some complimentary T bags. However they were Tetley not Yorkshire T, being from Yorkshire tha nose. :) They say that its the way customers are treated when things that go wrong that identifies the quality of the business and they met all extpectations. 5 Star. (I'll let the T bags slip :) )”
