“Speedy service and clearly understood web page. Shame in some ways about Evri, my parcel arrived before receiving despatch notification. As it was that was OK but if I was out awaiting notification, it could have been quite different.”

“I was very impressed with this company. I ordered HP cartridges and the following day a team member rang me to ask whether I'd considered their own brand. The explanation and guarantees given (including an email) were enough to convince me to change my order. There was no pressure and a lot of time and reassurance given to me. Their guarantee is also really good - it even covers our printer should their cartridges be the cause of any defect. I will use them again.”

“Si Bennett & Liam were really helpful both in troubleshooting and then sending a replacement cartridge. I got through very quickly and it was a really positive experience. The original and replacement deliveries were both very quick and the communication was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
