“I had a problem with my printer not recognising a new black cartridge. Sam was very understanding and after hearing all the details, immediately sent a replacement. The phone call I made, unusually for this day and age, was answered in less than 20 seconds and the whole transaction took less than 2 minutes to complete. Excellent service.”

“Generally, a good service with competitive prices and prompt delivery. I did, however, purchase some of their own brand cartridges, which have caused a lot of issues with our printers. We have had to replace 2 printers where the toner leaked into the internal mechanism, making it impossible to remove. I did speak to one of the cartridge people team, who mentioned they had identified an issue with these cartridges and guaranteed this was not going to be an issue in the future. Disappointingly there was no mention of replacing the unusable cartridges we had left over.”

“Having tried to save money by buying cheap cartridges from another supplier and had two of them fail after only a few hundred pages I decided that buying cheap was false economy. So I ordered a single geniune replacement cartridge from Cartridge People. They phoned me up and offered me 2 of their own cartridges for the same prices as the single genuine cartridge, assuring me that they were high quality and guaranteed. I was very impressed that in these days of automated sales, email and AI that people still ring people up. Replacement cartridges are working brilliantly.”
