“I had a faulty cartridge that was full, but the printer thought it was empty. Customer services replaced it without hesitation. The was done swiftly. Thank you for your help.”

“Lucy quickly resolved an issue I had switching from Canon to their own brand of ink. She quickly sent Canon inks whilst I returned the original order. I have used them for several years for Canon inks. Always speedy delivery!”

“I ordered Epsom cartridges, as I don't like using third party inks in my printer (I have destroyed printers in the past by using these!) I received a phone call from Cartridge People offering me cartridges containing more ink for the same price as the ones I had ordered, I accepted this offer as I was assured they still contained Epsom ink, However having received these cartridges, I have examined them thoroughly and can not see any wording that describes them containing Epsom ink. Not a happy customer!!”

“Had a slight problem fitting. It took a while to get the part to slot into place. It was the same with the previous order. Even You Tube was no help. Ok now working well. Thankyou. Fair price. Best reguards.”
