“Ordered over the phone & talked into ordering their own product. From past experience not keen on delivery company and one box was slightly damaged content looks ok. Have only just started using the Black XL and so far so good. Will see how things go. Had a in-date discount code which I was told was out-of-date so lost out there. I don't make recommendations - just tell it as it is.”

“Having been let down by your courier service I contacted you guys direct and spoke to your operative Sam. I found Sam extremely sympathetic and understanding and very quickly managed to rectify the situation. In these days of mediocre customer service this was like a breath of fresh air in climate of banality.”

“Online ordering and then delivery went without any issues. Interestingly, I was called by a zealous sales agent the day after ordering, suggesting I buy Cartridge People's own brand toner cassette instead of Xerox's own. The agent had no compeling reasons except that it was less expensive. As this order was my first purchase of a toner cassette since purchasing the printer, I knew I wanted to stick with the OEM's product. After several minutes of banter we ended the call on a friendly note. Moral of the story: be ready to defend your decision to purchase the item you chose!”

Thanks for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected — we completely understand how frustrating that is, especially when you’re out of ink. We offer a Standard Tracked Delivery service, and most orders arrive within 2 working days after dispatch. However, we do ask customers to allow up to 5 working days for delivery before getting in touch, as delays can occasionally happen. We also offer a Priority Dispatch Tracked service for £4.99 (or £3.99 on orders over £35). This upgrade is available at checkout. Orders placed before 9:00pm on a working day are guaranteed same-day dispatch. This service uses carriers such as Evri and DPD, and while 97% of orders arrive the next working day, we ask that you allow up to 2 working days for delivery.
