Had been assured that non-brand ink would work perfectly in my Canon laser printer. No mention made of the fact that, however effective it is at printing, their brand of ink is not recognised by the Toner Status app on the printer so there is no way of knowing how much is left at any given point. Advice subsequently given was ' you will know when it's running out when the print quality deteriorates'. Regardless of whether you think this is only a minor issue, it is clearly a well-known consequence of using branded toner and Cartridge People should be transparent about the issue to allow consumers to make informed choices.

I’m really sorry to hear this has caused frustration with your Canon laser printer and the Toner Status app. We do state that while you’ll be able to print as normal when using this product, your printer may show an incorrect page yield. That said, we absolutely stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied — even outside of our usual return period — please get in touch. We can look at troubleshooting, a replacement, or offering a credit on a case-by-case basis. Ordered late in the day but delivery still arrived the next day. I have used Cartridge People for a good few years now, and everything about the service and product is top rate.

Cartridge People excellent. Choice of using Evri to deliver very very poor. Evri threw my package , as usual, half a meter inside a public access gate to the gardens of my apartment block. Luckily a neighbour found it. As the package emblazons what’s in it, I cannot risk buying from them again.

Ordered original inks and was contacted re saving by buying own brand. I declined as own brands have been problematic in the past.

I have received my cartridge, thank you and for the pen and returns envelope. I spoke to Sheree on the phone and she was so helpful, I am 88 and have a different printer to when I was with you before, and the cartridges that I bought from the shop are running low but I could not find them in their literature. Sheree sorted out what cartridges were needed, I was so relieved. I am glad to be back with you again, although I do not use the printer very often so will not be a very regular customer. I could not believe that the parcel arrived the very next day, amazing. Please thank Sheree for me, she was really great. Eileen Gunn

Swift reply to my email by Phil. I don't understand why I needed to send a photo of the cartridges I had received. `(I was missing one). I received the missing one by return post. I also received an apology together with 5 tea bags as compensation for the error. I found this very strange and unfortunately I only drink decaffeinated tea.

I’m really sorry your parcel hasn’t arrived yet – I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must be. I can see your order was placed on Saturday and dispatched on Monday, and it’s currently showing as delivered on Wednesday 17th at our end. After waiting several days for a delivery of ink which had been lost in transit, I contacted Cartridge People by E-mail to say the courier had not yet delivered my order. I received a prompt reply from Chris, to say that the courier could not find the shipment, and that he had arranged for a replacement to be delivered to me on the following day, via a different courier. I was very pleased to receive the ink cartridges early in the afternoon, as promised, and very happy that Chris had responded so promptly and positively. I will certainly order from Cartridge People in future.
