“I recently had a problem with my Epsom printer ,which I had successfully been using Cartridges People cartridges for over 12 months despite the length of time Lucy and Allison we very helpful in getting my printer back up and running, it’s amazing service. As I result of this fantastic service Immediately placed another order for a full set of inks and a few reams of paper. Companies like the Cartidges People deserve support their products are well priced and top quantity with tremendous back up.”

“Rang up regarding replacement ink carteidges for my Canon printer, staff member was very helpful and suggested I try their own equivalent cartridges which I did. Price was very competetive and delivered within24 hours. Fitted straight in, great quality and would have no hesitation in recommending the Cartridge people to friends or colleagues.”

“Ordered and paid for 3 HP ink cartridges but only two were delivered. Called their customer service and received an apology and advised the other cartridge would be sent out that day. Girl was extremely courteous and helpful. Relieve her name was Vicky. True to their word, third cartridge received a couple of days later. So, no complaints as to their service at all. Would use them again.”

“Original Inks are a good price. Delivery is quick and reliable. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is to do with the post sale phone call and email which slows down the despatch date. This post sale process also ignores any voicemail messages left by the customer and subsequent phone calls are as if the customer hasn’t been in touch.”
