“I placed a small order as a test to see what the level of service was like from cartridge people and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences to date. I was looking for a label provider and would require over 10,000 a year but if the service is as I have experienced then will be purchasing elsewhere. I am not one of those to complain as I will also praise when it's deserved and would be willing to discuss this in more detail. Part of the problem was Evri who are the courier and they are awful to deal with as I have used them for my business in the past. I don't like writing things like this but it isn't a way to run and develop a successful business. Regards”

“I was delighted that Cartridge People were able to supply all the HP ink cartridges I required, and for less than via Hewlett Packard direct, which I have always used in the past. I found Cartridge People's website very easy to navigate and to place my order was straightforward. Although I was informed I would receive a confirmation email, it did not arrive. However I contacted Cartridge People and Rachel dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently. I am pleased to add that delivery was within 2 days of ordering. I shall certainly use Cartridge People in future without hesitation, and I shall recommend it to my colleagues and friends.”
