“I have used Cartridge People regularly now for many years and I cannot fault their reliability and customer service. Today I experienced first hand how efficient and customer focussed they are when, for the first time, my delivery when missing. Absolutely no fault whatsoever of Cartridge People but unfortunately a courier blip. Was it a problem to them? No, not at all! Andrew sorted out another delivery immediately and without question. Wow, what an absolute pleasure to deal with real people who care about their customers. Thank you Andrew and team.”

“I'm afraid that Evri have lost my Cartridges at their depot. I contacted Cartridge People who their assistant, Chris, immediately responded and said he would send me a second parcel. In the past, I have never had a problem with Hermes/Evri and this is the first time they have lost my delivery. When I complained to Evri, I did get a very quick response and, after two days, they admitted they had lost the package. Thankfully, Cartridge People were able to check the delivery status on line and replied to me within a day.”

“I had a chat with one of the sales associates and was advised that I could use a Cartridge People own brand printer toner cartridge rather than purchasing a named cartridge. Unfortunately on receipt it had 'exploded' in the packaging. I contacted customer support and spoke to Rachel who immediately arranged for replacement and is sending a returns bag to send the damaged cartridge back to them for recycling. Thank you Rachel.”

“Great service, the cartridges i wanted were far cheaper than my old site i ordered from. They where Canon and not compatiables, they arrived on time and with the order was a bag for me to send back my empty cartridges free of charge for recycling. Fantastic will definatley order from Cartridge People again.”
