“I had a problem with a cartridge not being recognised by my printer - this had never happened before and I have been using their cartridges for a number of years. I contacted their customer service people and received a very prompt reply from Melanie who quickly resolved the problem by sending me a replacement. I am very pleased with the service as I was expecting to have a battle on my hands as is so often the case these days. Well done Melanie and Cartridge People.”

“Well, I didn't have any problems with C.P, but I did have big problems with Evri. They said they left it in a saft place yet it get taken by someone. Whoever it was opened it, saw what it was and throw it in next door garden. A friend of mine saw it and picked it up and gave it to me., My advice, don't use EVRi to deliver your items.”

“Cartridge people have been extremely helpful and quick in their response. I spoke to Marianne, where my newly opened toner leaked into my printer dusting everything with yellow I had to dismantle and clean printer. This then was followed where the next unopened toner (spare) was not recognised by my printer and would not function. With out all 4 colours my printer will not work. Marianne kindly sent me clear instructions how to reset which enabled printer to operate and avoid me lost days of work. My new order arrived within 24 hours no charge and the damaged toner replacement has been dispatched. Thank you for your help”

“I will never use this company again, I ordered original cartridges for my Epson printer but was talked into buying their own brand cartridges (two sets) which were absolutely hopeless. I contacted customer service, and sent a photo of the print quality, they responded by asking me to print a test page which I did and returned a photo of the test print and to this day they have not had the courtesy to respond.”
