“good service, good price and very quick delivery. i would add that the agent on the phone, Wiki, was well spoken, easy to understand and spoke at a speed that I could follow. Very welcome.”

“I've used Cartridge People several times. There inks are compatible with my printer, their quality is similar to the original inks. Price is very cometitive and service is first class, couldn't ask for more”

“The service offered by Yourselves, is what I was looking for when I first placed an order. However when contacted by your sales team (Helen), she made the point that for the money I was spending it would be more economical to go with your own brand. This on reflection was a mistake on my part, as using your cartridges would invalidate the warranty on my printer. I will probaly use your service in the future but until the warranty runs out, it will genuine Canon cartrides. Also no "return" packaging or written guarantee on compatablity was sent.”

“I am very disappointed with your service. My order was made on 30th. December 2025 and I still havn't received the printer ink cartridges. This delay has now meant that I am unable to use the printer as I've used up all the ink. Please sort this out and if you won't return my money.”
