“I have a big thanks for Lucy Customer Service Advisor! I had a problem on my printer last night, and urgently needed the help. Lucy reponded my request and called me as soon as possible. She was patient and a carlm response. She is 1m0 out of 10! Thanks again.”

“The service I have received from the Cartridge People has been excellent. My (temperamental!) Canon printer refused to accept their own make but Lindsay arranged a full refund straightaway so I was able to order Canon cartridges and just pay a small difference. The delivery is very fast and the after sales service we received from Lindsay was excellent, even working on a Bank Holiday to sort out the issues. I will be reordering from them in the future and definitely recommend them.”

“Usual very fast delivery of ink. Had a compatability problem with my HP printer but e-mailed company and the matter was resolved very quickly by Aden. Usual excelent service and will definately return for more supplies when the need arises”

“I ordered one of their own brand cartridges for an HP printer. The printer detected it was not an official HP one and would not allow me to use it. Cartridge People provided a refund without quibble and issued a replacement HP one. The return process was easy.”
