“Deliveries that were confirmed on specific morning due never arrived, perhaps due to Evri. The item never arrived since. When spoke to customer services at cartridge people they were appalling, negative, obstructive, unhelpful and rude. Had to get refund from PayPal due to all these issues. Will never buy from them again. Thanks a lot !”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your parcel. I have reviewed the call between yourself and our agent. During the conversation, our agent explained the situation and advised you of our 5 working day lost-in-transit policy. While there was no argument, the call did escalate, and language used towards our agent was inappropriate and unacceptable. We ask that all interactions with our colleagues remain respectful. I would also like to clarify that your suggestion that we would deliberately delay or withhold your order is incorrect. This is not something we would ever do. Regarding your comment, "I think this has resulted in an issue with the delivery today as the item never turned up," there is no evidence to support this claim, and the non-delivery of the parcel is unrelated to your interaction with our team. A full refund was made to your original payment method.

“I have always received a first class service from Cartridge People. I live in central Scotland and get my cartridges within a couple days. Their prices are fair and service is excellent. Their recycled cartridges are first class quality and good value for money. If you prefer original manufacturer cartridges these are also good value for money. They also supply a bag for you to return your empty cartridges free of charge. In addition they supply a wide range of office equipment at competitive prices. I am very happy to use them.”

“Confused: As I ordered what I thought was a genuien ink acrtridge for my Epson printer and it looked and boxed as original. I have received a call from the Cartridge People telling me it is a copy but they will guarantee my printer as the makers warranty would be void if I use it! I requeste printed conformation of this but I have nor received it, If I do not receive it shortly I may have to send it back as it is an expensive printer.”
