“Great company to deal with. Ive been using them for 10years+. Last week my "thick" thumb ordered the wrong cartridge out of the ones that I needed. I hadn't opened the packaging at all; but I reported the mistake and phoned Louise and explained the situation. She was really helpful and sent me an email confirming exactly what she told me to do. I followed the instructions precisely and reordered the correct one I still needed. I was charged for it (including postage), but was told that I would be credited for the return once it arrives back safely in unopened selling condition. Louise was pleasant throughout and really helpful. Great company to deal with.”

“I was contacted my a message, a phonecall and an email after placing my order. If I had wanted a set of 4 cartridges I would have ordered 4 not 2! I did not appreciate this contact nor the fact that my order was dealyed so as ti allow time for me to respond to your communications. When I place an order I di not want ti to be qreried or delayed. You will lose a customer if you do that agian. PS I have already filled in a review and told you this so am gfar from confident that you'll take any notice of this one”

“After using brand name cartridges for many years, and following information given by an agent I decided to try Cartridge People own bran's. I have not been disappointed they last very well with excellent printing quality. Easy to order and although they use Evri at least the package goes through the letterbox and you don't have to find a parcel.”

“I always buy my cartidges here. Reasonable prices and fast efficient delivery. Don't like being pestered for reviews after every routine purchase. And didn't like being pestered by phone on one occasion to buy own brand items when I had ordered Canon originals. Sometimes keeping customers happy can have the reverse of the intended effect.”

“The service provided is extremely good BUT the Cartridge People in-house printer cartridges equivalent to HP 304XL are not compatible with my HP ENVY 5032 printer in that notifications are NOT provided on the amount of ink - so sadly I have reverted to the far more expensive HP cartridges.”

“I bought cartridges before and they wouldn't work in my printer but you have done something to them and now they are working. I can now buy your own cartridges which are cheaper than the other ones.”
