“Cartridge People, as usual, delivered phenomenally quickly. Brand new Epson printer, well packed, - Great! Much less pleased with Epson, but that's another story, not CP's fault.”

“Used Cartridge People for a good few years now and delivery and service is first class. However, their prices are starting to creep up, (there again, isn't everyone's.) Might have to consider a different printer type.”

“Easy to use WEB site and with very competitive pricing for HP Original Toner Set (4 Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow). Delivery (24 hours) was a day late but this was probably due to time of year (just before Christmas). Tracking was only available from delivery firm (DPD in this case), would like to seee these updates on Cartridge People WebSite.”

“Until this last order from yourselves I have had a very sucessful relationship with Cartridge People and their products.My last order was necessary because my Epson XP 800 completely rejected a new E26Xl Black (Peach from you ) and a cyan E26 XL (Picture Expert) This was not the usual non genuine warning but a complete rejection. I had a replacement Black but no cyan which I ordered to get me printing again When my order confirmation came through I was horrified to find that you had despatched by EVRi and not by ypur Royal mail as previously.Evri lost my order for a week and gave no notifcation when they finally delivered to a post box.even though I was clearly at home. Disaster I could not consider future orders from you while you ship with this firm hence the low scores even though I have had faith in your products in the past.This leaves me with a dilema for future replacements and I would value your comments regarding this unsavoury incident.”
