“Excellent service from Cartridge People I recently had a faulty cartridge and reported the issue to Cartridge People. George responded straight away and couldn’t have been more helpful. He offered me either a replacement or a full refund, and I chose the replacement. He processed it immediately, the item was dispatched later the same day, and it arrived this morning. The whole experience was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care for me their customer. First‑class service from start to finish.”

“Always a good fast delivery. Have dealt with them online and on the phone and always very helpful. Usually get a wee free gift with an order too (pen or pack of playing cards) but don't know if that's linked to the value of the order. Well worth trying this company.”

“I was treated with utmost respect, as an elderly vulnerable person. Sam, the customer service representative was patient and uplifting, also guiding me through how to order and pay on the telephone. “I informed Sam in Customer Service that I had encountered a problem with a Cartridge People laser toner cartridge, and he immediately offered an FOC replacement, which arrived one day late as a result of EVRI encountering a problem of their own making. Sam spelt out clearly the procedure for the FOC return of the offending cartridge and others that I had had to dispose of. So all went well - thanks to Sam!”

“Ordering procedure is straightforward, with delivery generally within two to three days. Cartridge ink quality is fine and when, rarely, there has been a defective cartridge, these have been replaced without quibble. Altogether, an efficient and good quality service”
