“I don't use my printer very often, when the previous cartridge supplied by you ran out, I installed 1 of 2 cartridges supplied on an offer by you almost a year ago which was not accepted by the printer, the 2nd cartridge didn't work either. as I urgently needed to use the printer I obtained a new HP cartridge which worked straight away. I contacted by you by telephone speaking to Aden who was very helpful and offered to replace FOC the faulty cartridges. The replacement cartridges received very quickly, I have fitted one into the printer, after acting on the usual compatibility messages the printer worked. Once again thank you Aden for your help!”

“Sorry part of my order has not arrived. 1 box C P printing paper. The ink cartridges arrived when sceduled, thank you. This is unusual for yourselves who are always reliable. Maybe issue with delivery.”
