I ordered two 301XL Cartridges for my HP Envy4500. The first gave me aprox 40 A4 pages and then just stopped printing with no warning of low ink. I exchanged it for the second and again very few pages (I didn't count). I am not sure how much of the problem is to do with my printer and how much with cartridges. In the past I have experienced problems with printer not recognizing the cartridge and was given great customer service with a speedy replacement. The above occurred on a Saturday evening when it was necessary for me to have documents ready for the following morning so I did not contact customer support. Price is great and I will try again but ensure I have other brand spare available.

I order brand new original toner for my laser printer brother but got refilled, used toner.

The cartridges I ordered suddenly the right ones for my machine although the had the correct number on the carton I took many emails before they had to agree Then I was given a refund but was ok Left with o a printer which would not work!

We do use numerous suppliers, so can not guarantee which supplier will be picked from the shelf at point of order, because we are unable to be certain of this, a refund for these items was the best way forward. Ordered cartridges on website they stated next day delivery after chasing it up on two occasions I eventually got my delivery almost a week later they blame it on UPS as they were the courier if that’s the case use someone else!

Dear Mr Cox Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your order took longer to reach you than anticipated. I can see from the tracking information, that the goods were collected by UPS on the evening of your order and transported to the depot local to you. I note on the system that there appeared to be a problem with UPS depot at Tamworth which delayed the order from being received by yourself on the next day service, this is not something that UPS made us aware of. This is not a common occurrence, and UPS are usually very reliable. I can only apologise on their behalf that you were let down on this occasion. BOUGHT DUAL INKS (BLACK & COLOUR). AFTER A COUPLE OF PRINTS, PRINTER STOPPED PRINTING AND DISPLAYED "ONE OF THE CARTRIDGES IS NOT ORIGINAL". PUT THE OLD BLACK CARTRIDGE BACK IN AND IT PRINTED AGAIN. MUST HAVE BEEN A DUD CARTRIDGE SO I ORDERED TO MORE. (WITH YOURSELVES, THATS LOYALTY FOR YOU).

The cartridges are very poor print quality abysmal. Never seen such poor photo prints

Did not appreciate your response when BT advised me of problems with Duracell batteries for my telephone. Did not appreciate being treated like an idiot!

I can see that my colleague apologised that she had misread your email, when she was initially under the impression that you had ordered the incorrect batteries. On realising this was not the case, she then offered to send a pre-paid label to you to enable you to return them free of charge for a full refund. Purchased a black cartridge which has not functioned properly. The printing was patchy and blurred. Unable to improve it with printer head cleaning facility. In the end I purchased a genuine printer ink which worked perfectly. Won't be using Cartridge People again.

The cartridge would not work in my printer despite following all the instructions supplied. as I had opened one cartridge I was not able to return it. therefore I will be unable to use your services in the future as the product is unsuitable.

My recent order GB180113-LA2236526 was for two 3-packs of colour cartridges. You delivered 2 Cyan, 2 Magenta and 1 Yellow and charged me £24.98 on 15/01/18. A week on I am still waiting for the missing yellow cartridge. Could you please remedy this situation ASAP.

These were sent to you on 15/01/2018. Each package will contain an invoice showing the price of the individual item sent; the price you originally paid is the total price of the order. Our delivery times are between 2 - 7 working days from the date of dispatch therefore the outstanding parcel should be with you any day now. On the website it states that postage is between two to four days but mostly it takes two days most of the time . However mine took five days to be delivered. Also there's no option for you to choose whether you want a next day delivery or not . You are stuck with the regular delivery service and doesn't help if you are on a deadline.

Fast delivery, cartridges excellent. The reason for two stars is the annoying, unasked for follow up spam emails asking for reviews of the cartridges, then another asking for this review. So there you are Cartridge People you got the review rating your intrusive and unwanted actions deserve!

Ordered a 'combatable' ink and paper but completely different type of cartridge. Was able to return as boxes still sealed but cost of return on me 😞

The toner was posted just in it's factory box with no extra packing or protection and 4 hours after I'd ordered I received a call from your call centre suggesting I buy compatibles rather than OKI originals as they're cheaper. When he realised I wasn't going to buy any, he cut me off mid sentence by putting the phone down, which was extremely rude! Not a great advertisement for your company.

I decided to buy to order the ink cartridges because of the reviews. I did not order the hp cartridges as I normally do and I wished I had spent the extra money. The ink is very dull and the black ink is very light. I will not be ordering from cartridges again and stick to hp cartridges.

installed the ink cartridges, printer screen showing that original HP cartridges used and were full but printing was very hit and miss. Cleaned printer head twice hoping that would cure the problem, but to no avail. Ended up buying more cartridges from elsewhere so it actually cost more money in the long run
