no problem with delivery system but when i put the ink into my H/p printer unable to print from my lap top due to ink cartridge message from H/P this is not compatible to this printer?

When ordering cartridges I, like most people, would have believed I was ordering from a UK company ............. BECAUSE it stated quite clearly "UK Lowest ink and toner prices". therefore the price quoted would have included VAT, which I can claim back. NO - wrong apparently it is NOT A UK COMPANY - hence the price is a lot higher than I was led to believe!!!!! Lesson learnt for the future!

Dear Customer We are a UK company. We have warehouses in both the UK and Switzerland. VAT is applicable when the goods are shipped from the UK and we do show this on our website. Stating the price including and excluding VAT. The goods that you have ordered are imported by you from Switzerland. HMRC operates a scheme known as LVCR (low value consignment relief). This scheme provides an allowance, below which VAT is not payable. In this instance your order has fallen below this threshold. Please accept my apologies for any confusion that has arisen. The replacement cartridge for the HP 7762 printer worked well for the first printing. The next day it took several minutes to print half a page. I suspect that the HP software has found a way of preventing the cartridge from working. This seemed to be confirmed when I put the old original HP cartridge back in & it printed perfectly. I'll use your cartridges for the HP F4580 as they work well, but not for the 7762 model.

I emailed you explaining that having just used my reserve set of cartridges and found that the yellow cartridge would not install I opened up the new set that I have just received ( with the intention of keeping them as a reserve set ) and used the yellow cartridge from that set. that one installed without a problem but left me three quarters of a set--- yet again, as this is not the first time it's happened. In fact it is the third ! I emailed you and explained the situation but so far nobody cares to acknowledge let alone reply to it. Perhaps you will !!!

To be honest when we order something and we think we will get that staffs very soon it is a huge mistake about that. How it is possible to deliver a order after a week? I'm sorry but this is my honest comment and you should think about that...

The cartridges didn’t seem to work in my printer, One leaked very badly although they were supposed to be compatible to my printer I have since been refunded fully to wish I thank you If you could send me a prepaid envelope I will gladly send them back to you.

The cartridge I purchased which I was recommended to do so by Cartridge people was not not accepted by my printer and although I carried out all instructions as supplied with the cartridge the machine would not accept it, so I am now left with a cartridge I cannot use but cannot find a way to return it and get an allowance towards purchasing the actual HP cartridge. What to do now??

None of their linked discount codes worked - online assistant didn't know why nor cared why - service folks merely stated links to their site may not work and are not their responsibility for the discounts being fake! Faked discount codes everywhere to build their charges!

my printer keeps on asking for alignment, my computer keeps on refusing to print with a message that the cartridges are not right and I have each time to take out and reinsert the cartridges.

I ordered two 301XL Cartridges for my HP Envy4500. The first gave me aprox 40 A4 pages and then just stopped printing with no warning of low ink. I exchanged it for the second and again very few pages (I didn't count). I am not sure how much of the problem is to do with my printer and how much with cartridges. In the past I have experienced problems with printer not recognizing the cartridge and was given great customer service with a speedy replacement. The above occurred on a Saturday evening when it was necessary for me to have documents ready for the following morning so I did not contact customer support. Price is great and I will try again but ensure I have other brand spare available.

The cartridges I ordered suddenly the right ones for my machine although the had the correct number on the carton I took many emails before they had to agree Then I was given a refund but was ok Left with o a printer which would not work!
