Not very happy with Cartridge People I have to say. I ordered this via Top Cashback expecting to receive something back considering I had spent over £500. The order tracked at zero amount and when I challenged this was told my purchase wasn't eligible (i bought original toners - 4 of them) so that would be classed as "other online purchases" at 4.4% . Suffice to say I won't be using Cartridge People again and will be putting my business elsewhere with companies who are less sneaky.

I have rated these people as 2 stars based on the experience of my latest purchase from them-I had found them much better before having previously used them. I ordered some Brother tapes for a label printer-the price was ok. I'd seen somewhere that it stated free delivery & I didn't notice the next-day delivery option at £5.99 (my fault-which I probably would have paid in this instance), assuming due to the value (over £200.00) that they would be sent this way anyway. I had a mail the same day to say that they had been dispatched (good) and also that the delivery would be 3-5 days-not to contact them to chase beforehand (not great). With the weekend in the middle, it was almost 7 days when I chased, to be then told that they had been lost and my order would be re-sent. They did arrive the next day in two separate deliveries & the customer services chap did answer me promptly, so that side of the service was good with the issue being resolved with a satisfactory result. I can't help thinking though that if they had sent these out using a decent tracked service giving me the ability to track my order once dispatched in the first place, it would have saved a lot of time and hassle. When the order was re-sent they could not then tell me on the same day that it had been sent until the following morning so I had no idea whether I needed to wait for a delivery to arrive or not. They then told me another lot had been sent-all a bit of a mess in the end. The low review is for the poor free delivery service which I'm not sure I'd opt for again having required the items sooner than they arrived.

Good Afternoon, I have read the order and the parcel has come direct from the suppliers which is why the tracking is a little more difficult to obtain and why it takes slightly longer to get to you than it would if the order was sent directly from ourselves. Ordered branded HP toner. Was immediately hounded by the sales team to switch to own brand. I have tried these before and the quality is not as good. The order also missed the target deliver date.

Good points-Printer purchased was delivered in record time. On the downside I was told that a printer cable was not supplied, I bought one only to find that it was not required. It was returned for a refund. The website advert said that a three-year warranty was on offer, it was also printed on the box. When I enquired I was told to go through the manufacturer which has proved to be, up to the moment, a time-consuming and fruitless exercise.

Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that there may have been a couple of points of confusion. Firstly, not all printers come with USB cables and it is advisable to have one for certain types of updates to the printer occasionally, however I can now see that the refund for this has been processed in full. Secondly, we do offer a 3 year warranty for your printer but this would cost £14.99, my colleague you spoke to has noted that you thought free one was available which is why he pointed you to the manufacturer. I ordered the cartridges on a Sunday, and received notification that it had been dispatched. Received a notification from Royal Mail, who said that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Cartridges did not arrive until Friday. It seems that the Royal Mail have let you down in a big way. They were unreliable, and at one point received notification the the cartridges had been sent to Kidsgrove, not far from Crewe. If this is the standard of you posting products, then need to perhaps reconsider. I could have got this product from elswhere much quicker. Day after ordering cartridges, received an 'e' mail showing that the product I had ordered, was now on offer with a 10% reduction. Why?

Being bombarded with emails and offers within days of making the purchase is not what I want nor is good for your business because it is so annoying it will make people immediately unsubscribe. I will not use up the cartridges in days, why not give an offer after a few months? Otherwise good and quick order delivery and value for money

It was an easy buying process online and fast and easy delivery. I did not expect a call attempting to sell me another product. It was an annoying disruption, so I will return to using Amazon next time.

Cartridge People is in general a good company. However, on this occasion the cartridge arrived badly late. Also the last two lines on the order form are hidden on a laptop screen. This meant that, on my first attempt, I did not complete the form in full and the order was lost. Thus, my order was delayed twice.

Delivery service wasn’t good, first day the delivery driver sent a photo of a business just up the road but van was parked opposite business, second day he took a photo by next doors gates and said we missed him, so in the end up I did the collect plus option

I ordered from Cartridge People as it was the first listing on Google for the HP toner I needed to order. I had a (missed as not a number I recognised) phone call on my mobile followed by an e-mail asking me to ring regarding my order. Lady I spoke to was very pleasant but much too forceful in trying to sell me own brand instead of HP even going as far as to want to talk to my brother who the toner was for. I had explained that neither of us wanted to use any brand but HP's own in our HP printers.

Very efficient, Ink worked first time then not the second! Had to remove Cartridge replace then it worked, but suspect it will be problamatical. I will order some of Canons own!

Ordering and delivery went smoothly, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the Cartridge People own brand laser cartridge, which turned out to be a false economy. Once it hit 37% full of toner the printing was extremely uneven and I needed to replace it.

Despite the strong promotion of your own brand cartridges during the online ordering process, I decided that I wanted Canon original cartridges nonetheless. After placing the order, I was not impressed to get an email saying that further information was needed before the order could go through. It turned out that I needed to ‘phone and speak to a sales person, who then proceeded to try the ‘hard sell’ of your own brand cartridges. This was highly irritating and would be enough for me not to recommend you to anyone else. On the plus side, the Canon cartridges did then arrive very promptly. However, as I don’t want a repeat performance, I’m unlikely to order from you again.

Cartridges came as I ordered but I really, really object to the intervening telephone call that tried to sell me their own brand products instead of Canon. If I had wanted their own brand I would have ordered them. The caller was pushy and I object strongly to that. I shall not use these people again.
