Unfortunately i was contacted and I agreed to substitute Hp with your own which my printer rejected resulting in me being out of pocket. Questionable if purchase from you in the future

I followed some advice from you to buy your own brand cartridges. they were not accepted by Epson, so I wasted my money.

Dear David Thank you for your recent order and review. Please allow me to explain the reason behind the movement in price. The majority of our compatible cartridges are purchased from China, as a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted. The cost of empty cartridges in China have therefore increased. In addition to the above, we have received a 5% increase in postal costs If you take these price increases and currency fluctuations into account, you will see that we have not passed all of them on to our customers. Bought the canon selphy ink and paper set as part of my daughters birthday present. Unfortunately, it was posted in a plastic bag. It arrived battered and bruised and no good to give as a gift. As i Didnt have time to arrange a return. I had to buy it again on primes next day delivery - a much higher cost but it arrived packed in a solid box and looked new.

I very recently bought print cartridges from Cartridge People for the first time. Unless the quality of print improves I will not buy from Cartridge People again. I purchased 2 x Colour and 1 x Black. As an incentive to switch from HP to CP brand I was offered an extra Black cartridge. The "incentive Black cartridge" was never delivered. When I used the cartridges the "colour" was awful. I phoned CP to explain. I was advised to take out the cartridge and clean it. I duly cleaned it and it was fine for one print. Then it went into "awful". I cleaned it again and it was fine. I am now unsure - will I get "fine" or "awful"? If I come across a colourful page I print it out to "test" it. I will go back to finding a cheaper alternative to HP but Cartridge People will not be on the list! kennardevans@yahoo.com See attatched photo showing: very low ink and a Triangle with ! mark. Hardly inspiring!

The service I received in ordering and receiving my order was faultless and prompt as it has always been with previous purchases. However, what really surprised me was the increase in cost. In round terms, one cartridge cost me half the price which previously had bought me a full set of 4 cartridges.Obviously, I will, reluctantly, look for alternative suppliers.

The printer didn't come with a cable to attach it to the computer so it wasn't possible to use it when it came. This wasn't clear on the website and when I asked which cable I needed to purchase, customer services couldn't specify which one I needed to buy. The cable I needed was listed on their website was £10 which I eventually bought for £3 on Amazon

Canon CLI-571 XL appears to be empty although my printer shows it as full. I have only replaced the cyan and yellow cartridges.

Encouraged me to buy own brand - then sent a colour ink in the black box...annoying! Despite managing email preferences, it's like a tsunami of marketing mails....so irritating!

I recently ordered two cartridges for £28 but they would not work with my HP laptop. I had to buy two Canon cartridges for £48 (!) thus wasted £28. I have used Cartridge People before with no problem. Not at all pleased. Robin Morris

I ordered something on a Monday, standard delivery - NOT NEXT DAY - because I knew I wouldn't be in the next day. Royal Mail tried to deliver it on Tuesday, when I wouldn't be in. I tried to collect from the sorting office on Thursday - but unbeknownst to me, they were on strike and it was closed. I then arranged re-delivery for today, Monday. Assuming it comes today, that will be a week since I ordered it. If they had delivered as they said - one or two days FROM DESPATCH - I would have had it. And people ask why I don't like to shop online.

I recently purchased a printer - hp Laserjet m110we . I have spent many hours trying to get it to work but it won’t print . I would appreciate a refund and I will return it . I have emailed previously but have got nowhere. Many thanks Julian

I bought some compatible cartridges for my HP printer. They do not work! I tried all sorts of ways to get them to work as per help instructions, but to no avail, I wondered if my printer was faulty at one stage.. I sent for some genuine cartridges from the HP store and they worked straight away. I won't be buying any more compatible cartridges.

Item arrived in time and in good condition. Quality is very poor as I have hardly printed @100 A4 sheets and the ink has already gone lighter.will it buy again

Ordering is simple, delivery is excellent but quality is poor. My Cannon printer does not recognise the Cartridge People cartridge and I am in discussion with them to resolve the problem. The first call was not reassuring!

After selecting to order genuine cartridges I was prompted did I wish to buy compatible cartridges which I declined and paid by CC. I then received an email "about your order, please contact us" I therefore called and the agent asked me if I didn't want to buy compatible cartridges. I said no. I was then offered an additional discount to take the compatible cartridges and again I said no and finally got my genuine cartridges. Clearly they make more profit on the compatible cartridges compared to the genuine but this is really pushy technique to try and make you buy the more profitable version. VERY ANNOYING.
