Colour cartridge was perfect but the black cartridge was faulty therefore my printer refused to print my documents.

You have asked for a review so I am going to say that i was not happy at all with the way my last order was handled. I entered my phone number as requested and near that your website said I would only be called if there was a problem with my order. 5 minutes later i got a call asking why i did not choose a different brand of cartridge. Not good! I don't know if you have stopped sending the pens but i did not get one this time. I think the pens are a good idea!

Good Morning, I sincerely apologise that you have been made to feel dissatisfied after a call from our advisor. The contact with you by our Customer Advisor should have been to check that all your details were correct before release and that you were aware of the full range available to you and see if it was possible to save you money by offering our own branded product if suitable. I was phoned by someone from your company, who addressed me by my first name and tried to persuade me to change my order and to buy one of your own products rather than the one I had ordered. He was quite persistent and very irritating. I will think twice about ordering from you again.

Package arrived and boxes containing the 2 ink cartridges inside were damaged. For some reason I cannot get the colour cartridge to work - and haven’t had time to looks at returning this - but the packed is obviously opened now and probably not able to be sent back. Not impressed with packaging and the colour one not working.

On the plus side, cartridges arrived really quickly. On the downside, the two cartridges I did open ink went all over my hands. I was not best pleased. Just to clarify, these were Cartridge People own brand items. In all the years I've had ink jet printers I've only ever used branded cartridges and this has never happened.

Ordered 2 Cannon Cartridges and mistakenly thought they were the "REAL-THING" only to find out they were own brand knock-offs! Don't know yet if my printer will accept them=will let you know later. However main gripe is they promised to send a White Pen with the order. NO PEN!!!!! Complained but no response. Disgraceful customer service. Do NOT use!!!

Good afternoon, You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. You can then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. You can also do this by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the bottom of any marketing emails that you receive. If I can help further please do let me know. Kind regards, George

Sorry to leave this review but this keeps happening. Order from this company quite regularly. I order HP cartridges as I have tried their own before (after a sales call promising no problem with compatibles) and they ruined my printer. Placed the order for HP genuine stock, only to be called not once but twice from very pushing sales people trying to get me to change to their own brand - both times not taking no for an answer until I put the phone down. Shame as efficient next-day delivery - but when I say no I don't want compatibles I don't want to be harassed until I have to be rude to end the call!

I ordered ink from cartridge people as it was the cheapest i could find and I needed the ink as soon as possible. However rather than sending my order straight out I received a missed call asking me to ring them. When I rang them I discovered there was not a problem with my order as I had assumed. They had rang me to try to get me to change my order from HP ink to their own brand. The website states that the contact number you provide will only be used if there is a problem so I was annoyed that they had used it to make a sales call. When I pointed this out the person I spoke to was very apologetic and said they would send my order straight out. If I had wanted to order their own brand cartridges I would have done so online but I didn’t as I needed HP - my printer will not work unless I use HP cartridges ! I must say the experience of being called by cartridge people to push their own brand when they should have been sending out my order, has put me off using them again !

I have previously ordered a Cyan cartridge from CP, which works well and is better than those from two other sources. So I have now ordered the other three of the set and the print quality in the first two days is much better than it has been for at least two years. I am happy with the price and the quality. I have a serious concern though about what your website deceptively claims to be ' free gifts '. I did have a look and decided not to accept any of the ' offers. Your website then asked me to look again, one 'No' should be enough. I just wanted to confirm the order, and was suspicious about the reason for the pressure. I did go through the list again, I selected two items. The Gadget Box was not a free gift, it cost £279.95 for a year and includes an immediate payment of £9.99. It also meant giving my bank details to a dubious source with the knowledge that such purveyors of free gifts can make it very difficult to cancel the order, or prevent the original sum or period being increased without any authority. The Coopers of Stortford might be of value, but I note that their own website is already offering a similar discount. Having rejected both Options it was concerning that I had a quick response from the Gadget scammers but not from CW to confirm the order. I am familiar with cookie software that tries to give the customer the impression, -possibly well-founded, that the order is dependent, consequential, or secondary to scam participation. So I phoned your help-line to check that the order had gone through. The gentleman was very helpful but raised my concerns when he told me that the ' gree gift ' section of the website is nothing to do with CW. Why should a reputable company hand over control of part of their public portal to such dubious concerns ?, - are CW paid for this access,? and what does this do for your image ? The product appears to be ok, only time will tell. However, very disappointed that I bought the items under a so-called " special Bank Holiday discount" only to find that a couple of days later and before I had received the goods the same items were being offered for sale at a cheaper price! I wonder where I shall by my next batch of printer ink ? ? ?

We bought two Cartridge world cartridges for our canon printer. The colour cartridge is working ok, but the black cartridge is awful, the printing is so faint as to be barely readable, its unusable and was a total waste of money.

Delivery arrived fast and proficiently. I believed that I ordered the genuine HP cartridge, but I got a different make. That should be ok as we used different makes before. When the coloured ink ran out of the printer, I replaced it with the new cartridge from you that did not work at all. My printer could not install it. I called your office and the person I spoke to a person that I found not customer friendly at all. He asked me to try out another cartridge and whether that would work. I asked for a replacement with genuine cartridges, but that was completely dismissed. Then he told me that opened cartridges cannot be refunded. That was a very frustrating communication that I do not wish to have ever again!

My order arrived quickly but I didn't appreciate the phonecall from one of the customer service team asking me if I'd like to swap to the own brand inks. I was given multiple opportunities at checkout to swap inks and I didn't so I don't want to be contacted further about this. I will not be using this company again as the call made me feel very uncomfortable because I felt as though I needed to justify my purchase.
