“Have used Cartridge People for many years; always quick delivery and reliable cartridges. Recently had a faulty item that failed to work on my printer. Contacted the company and it was resolved with a response within 12 hours and replacement despatched within a day. When something goes wrong it's good that a company has the customer service that is as good as this one.”

“Good quality print carteidge and although my computer informs me that there is no ink in the cartridge, it works really well. HP do not want you to buy from anyone but them, but please do, Cartridge People are just as good and more cost effective.”

“Great customer service. Recently had an ink cartridge that just would not fit, although in the same packaging and number as needed. Melanie sent a replacement one, which fitted perfectly, found out the reason why - same kpackaging and number but incorrect one had 2 B11, not 1 B11 which was needed. Have emailed Melanie and thanked her for a great service.”

“Pushy sales team that answered questions surrounding payment processing falsely in order to gain additional sales. Avoid. This resulted in additional paperwork for me as they split the order into multiple payments, one for the original order and a separate one for the additional items that they rang to push me to add. I explicitly asked whether this would show as a separate transaction on my card or not as this would make my expenses for work more complicated and they bluntly informed me, incorrectly, that it would go through as one transaction. When this transpired not to be the case I rang to complain and to attempt to get the appropriate invoices to complete my expenses paperwork to reflect multiple transactions and they could not provide this and was told that the sales team should not have told me this in the first place as that was not possible. This was my first time using cartidge people and it will be my last. As a business customer I require accurate information and invoicing. On a more personal point I don't appreciate being lied to, nor do I appreciate the pushy sales tactics.”
