“Pleased, once again, to get some Cartridge People own-brand printer cartridges at a good price. Ordering online was a doddle and delivery ridiculously fast. I wouldn't buy my printer cartridges from anyone else!”

“Not received goods yet so can't comment on them but for customer service received from Caroline who was the essence of friendliness, courtesy and efficiency when I had to query a payment problem I have no reason to doubt I shall not be disappointed.”

“I had a problem installing a colour cartridge. Having unsuccessfully followed the on-line advice, I phoned the help desk. Caroline answered promptly, was very efficient and emailed advice to me. When her suggestions didn't work, she ordered a new cartridge before I requested one. She was polite, clear with her instructions and reduced my stress levels significantly! It was great to be able to talk to a person and I wish other company help desks could be as professional and helpful. Thank you.”

“Unfortuately after several days I still have not received my order. I contacted your office and explained the problem, which can simply be explained by your use of the delivery service EVRI. EVRI almost never can find my house despite careful instructions, which I must presume they do not bother to give to their delivery team. Contacting the Cartridge People is almost a bad.”

“Cartridge People (CP) are great! I have a Canon Pixma Pro 100-S which produces superb colour prints for friends and family of shots taken on DSLR’s and iPhones. It is imperative in 2025 to get value for money without compromising quality. Cartridge People help me attain that goal by the bucket load. I cannot tell the difference between the prints I originally did with Canon ink and the ones using CP own brand cartridges, which contain more ink than Canon. Postage is free if you spend over £30 and my experience to date is DPD standard delivery is generally the next day. Plus the very kind people like Melanie at CP always enclose a couple of ball point pens. Most recently I filled in an online form regarding recycling empty cartridges and detailed my request asking for some more pre-paid recycling bags to be included in my order. I had a personal email reply the next morning from Melanie confirming my request! Great!!! As a pensioner it is very easy to feel ever so slightly disconnected from the world in which I used to be very active. That’s certainly not the policy of Cartridge People where they treat guys like me with the exact same level of customer service as a vibrant young Professional Photographer making a living out of selling prints. In a nutshell CP offer me the very best prices on Canon Paper and their cartridges are just EXCELLENT. Take a look at their website, you’ll easily spend 1 penny over £30 to get free delivery. It’s a brilliant company employing brilliant people like Melanie. Give them a go. You will not be disappointed.”

“I was having problems with the courier who the cartridge people use. They were adamant that my parcel had been delivered. I disputed this and asked for proof of delivery, which they where unable to provide. Eventually, I phoned the Cartridge company. I spoke to a very lovely lady named Marianne, she put me at ease with her friendly nature and her professionalism shone through. She re-sent out my order all in a few minutes. If I ever have any issues in future I will not hesitate to contact The Cartridge People directly rather than dealing with couriers. Thank you Marianne”

“I am generally happy with Cartridge People. Liam in your Customer Service Department sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. The only reason that I have marked Cartridge People down is that you use Evri as a courier. I find that they are generally less good than their competitors. In my case, they handed the parcel to a friend of ours in the street, but did not identify the friend or include her in the photo. Our parcel was not delivered for 5 days until she returned home.”
