“Contacted customer services to query a delay with delivery, Rachel was very helpful and updated the courier with further delivery instructions. Unfortunately there was still an issue with the courier service so when I contacted customer services again Alison was very helpful. The delivery issue has now been resolved and our order has been received. Many thanks for the swift responses and resolution.”

“Cannot fault the customer service from this company. Melanie and Phil responded and resolved my problem promptly and with no fuss or bother. It has been a pleasure to deal with them and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. Their own HP compatible products are also excellent.”

“Excellent service provided by Liam. Most helpful in checking compatability of cartridges for me and also replacing a faulty cartridge that suddenly stopped working. Would highly recommend this company and their own brand cartridges as the savings compared to genuine cartridges is huge!”
