“Purchased a compatible cartridge didn't work, got a refund ok but the replies I had to send back with regards to all the messages to have I tried everything to get my printer to accept it which I had already previously tried before I contacted them for a refund, but did get my refund quickly, ordered compatible ones from another company and worked perfectly”

“Reasonable product, although doesn't align with the Canon totally, as the printer keeps telling me the ink is low even though it's a fresh cartridge. That aside, I like the product and the price, what I didn't like was the length of time it took Evri the deliver it. I would urge Cartridge People to look to other more reliable and quicker couriers please.”

“Canon Pro Graf 300 compatible inks product as far as colour rendition is concerned, but let down by the digital information, printer says inks empty, yet when you change them, the cartridge has a substantial amount left inside. Another compatible ink didn’t even show the level!”

“I had a problem with a blocked nozzle on my Epson SC-P700 that would not print any colour at all, Liam in Customer Services was extremely helpful and attentive providing me with information on how to clear the blockage. After following all his advice the problem was solved. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend Cartridge People. Many thanks”
