“Good morning, Well a new customer and I can't tell you what a pleasure it has been so far dealing with you. A breathe of fresh air in our world today. After ordering cartridges we received a call to explain for a little more in money we could get more ink. So efficient everything done within minutes and received within 2 days. Not much praise for courier as left on doorstep!! Cartridges people sent xl ones which I wasn't sure would fit. I rang and got a real, yes thats right a real life person!!!! So pleasant helpful and nothing too much trouble. Promised to check with the right department and promise a call back.... Guess what within mins a call with another real life person who was equally pleasant and helpful.... I could of kissed you!!! Will not go anywhere else now. Sending old ones back your way. Thank you thank you thank you. Lovely company. Great prices and recycle at same time. Fabulous customer service will highly recommend you to all my family and friends. Pat on the pack. Oh even chat person called Lindsey was fab when I asked how to leave review. You all deserve a treat...”

“I would like to thank Gemma personally in Customer Services as she was so helpful and considerate to me and sent out the replacement cartridges I needed, so promptly. I received the cartridges the very next day and I was able to do some very urgent printing. I would definitely recommend The Cartridge People for their products and especially for their Customer Service, as it was excellent.”

“Melanie took the time out and went the extra mile to help with my printer ink cartridge issue. When all other avenues were exhausted, she sent out a new cartridge via next day delivery. 5* service, would always recommend.”

“Easy to talk to sales person she help me order. She was professional and friendly. The courier delivered my order but did not knock or ring the doorbell so parcel was left out overnight fortunately it wasn't stolen or soaking wet.”

“I contacted Customer service after a cartridge we had been using successfully and was still 80% full, suddenly lost it’s colour so that Cyan which should be a bright turquoise blue changed to pale blue as our printer could no longer print correctly using cyan. It was Phil I dealt with and he was quick to reply to emails and, after I had tried all the things he suggested to no avail, said he was sending a new Cyan cartridge. This arrived quickly and included a return bag for the failed unit and any other cartridges for recycling. Thanks very much Phil 🤩”

“Never had any problem with cartiridge people, I had to buy a new printer and they refunded my unused cartiridges so I coul purchase the new ones.”
