“I was free next day delivery as my order was over £35 no but it didn't arrive then I realised your company was using EVRI delivery, it took three days, I would rather pay a small amount for post office delivery.”

“Excellent service from Cartridge People I recently had a faulty cartridge and reported the issue to Cartridge People. George responded straight away and couldn’t have been more helpful. He offered me either a replacement or a full refund, and I chose the replacement. He processed it immediately, the item was dispatched later the same day, and it arrived this morning. The whole experience was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care for me their customer. First‑class service from start to finish.”

“Always a good fast delivery. Have dealt with them online and on the phone and always very helpful. Usually get a wee free gift with an order too (pen or pack of playing cards) but don't know if that's linked to the value of the order. Well worth trying this company.”
