“Probably wouldn’t buy from these guys again whilst the price was fine and in line with the market. Within 30 seconds of ordering I received a sales call from them pushing to spend more. Then since that, the email marketing is too full on and the requests for reviews are over the top. It’s printer ink, it’s fine.”

“I had an issue with an inkjet printer cartridge and I was able to phone cartridge people and explain the issue to Hannah who was very polite and helpful to rectify the concern quickly for me. Excellent service would recommend cartridge people.”

“Had been looking at a shredder which was on offer at an excellent price. However prior to placing an order the price jumped which happens, but can be a problem when purchasing goods on line. However wrote to Cartridge People and within an hour Si Bennet took control of my query. A few e-mails, all within a few hours, and he had established the cheapest price of the shredder with another company. Immediately offerred to match the price which I was more than happy to accept. What service,even took order over the phone(currently walking with crutch) so with a bit of luck shredder could arrive by Friday. Had a quick look at the price of ink cartridges, very competitive, so really a worthwhile company to deal with, service and competitive prices, a rare combination when dealing on line.”
