“I run a small business and have been ordering from The Cartridge People for around 18 months. Recently had a problem with a some own brand cartridges not being accepted by my printer. The problem was resolved within 24 hours and two replacement cartridges were sent out to me. They also talked me through some printer settings to resolve the issue for the future. I was very impressed.”

“Having waited for 12 days for delivery of my purchase, delivery was made within 2 days of the intervention of Cartyridge People. Understandably, I am delghted with the service and assistance their staff have provided.”

“Very happy with the service provided by the company however i have to question the logic of using Evri. Appauling company named as you might not recieve your package evri time!!. There is the Option to use another carrier granted but then that makes you more expensive than most of the competition.”

“Received excellent customer service from Si Bennett regarding delivery of goods. Cartridge People uses the courier company Evri to deliver their goods which we still not have received, but Si re-ordered and sent out our goods using a different courier company dpd and we've already received the goods. EXCELLENT SERVICES FROM SI AT CARTRIDGE PEOPLE. By the way there is still no sign of goods from Evri yet . Suggest Cartridge People change their courier service. Thank you Si for your quick response in this matter.”

“Had a query about recycling the plastic bottles this ink comes in and Phil answered my email almost immediately saying that i could recycle them in the usual bin provided by the local council. Couldn't have asked for a quicker and friendly response to my query. Well done Phil.”

“I always get my printer cartridges from you but I had a problem loading a cartridge & thought I had received the wrong item. Alison from Customer Service was very professional, helpful and patient with me and gave me good advice whilst checking that I had received the correct item which I had. All working now. “On the positive side, Phil provided excellent after purchase customer service. He replied promptly to my message via the website and he agreed to a refund once I had followed the troubleshooting advice he gave. The product itself was not so good. The company manufactures their own replacement cartridges, rather than using branded empties, and I could not get the cartridge to work whatever I tried.”

“The customer service representative to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful, and spent extra time with me trying to make it possible for me to ensure that my parcel would be delivered to the correct address, as there are many properties with similar names on my road. He also took the trouble to make sure that the printer I was ordering would be compatible with the upgraded operating system on my computer. I cannot recommend him highly enough -- I only wish I had caught his name when he gave it at the beginning, so that I could praise him by name!”
