“I have been using Cartridge People for some considerable time now and found them to be an excellent company to deal with. Their staff are always so friendly and very knowledgeable and are happy to share their knowledge with their customers. Until now, I have always purchased premium print cartridges, but on the advice of a staff member, I was pursuaded to try Cartridge Peoples own brand of cartridges which have proved to be excellent in every respect with a financial saving to boot. I can honestly recommend this company to anybody looking for a reliable and down to earth cartridge supplier.”

“I placed my order yesterday, contacted customer service today on webchat and spoke to Caroline who was very helpful and said my parcel was dispatched yesterday and should arrive today. It then arrived about an hour later, amazing service.”

“Alison was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with defective replacement cartridges. I have been using The Cartridge People for some years and this was the first time I’ve had a problem. I’m pleased to say it was resolved very quickly. Some further replacements are on their way, at no cost to me.”

“I bought some Brother compatible laser printer cartridges about a year ago. One only needed to be inserted yesterday but it didnt work. Rang CP - they advised how to try a few things to get the cartridge to work - it still didnt . The delightfully helpful staff agreed it was faulty and immediately offered to send a replacement out - which arrived within 24 hrs. That works perfectly. They also included a return bag for the old cartridges (FOC) and some tea bags - which was nice. What a lovely company.”
