“Easy to order good prices fast delivery good customer service”

“Have used Cartridge People for a number of years for printer ink. Recently had an issue with DPD losing the order but CP sorted quickly and arranged a new order and refunded the Saturday delivery charge.”

“A black cartridge leaked into the printer and therefore covered printed paper with splodges of ink, also blocking the colour cartridges from printing. We contacted the Cartridge People and Caroline, from Customer Services, promptly responded with good advice. We carried out the instructions provided and also needed to change 3 hardly used cartridges, these were then replaced free of charge. Thank you Caroline for your prompt responses and guidance.”

“I ordered something two weeks ago, and the EVRI tracking still says "We're expecting it". No communication from Cartridge People to say the order has been delayed. Just emails from them asking me to leave a review - well, here is your review.”

“I ordered ink for our printer, but unfortunately my parcel didn’t arrive. I contacted Cartridge People, and Phil was very helpful. He quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent with a different courier, and it arrived promptly. “Absolutely First Class service from Cartridge People.com. Amazing. I had purchased a printer ink last year as a spare. what I was not aware of was my stupid HP printer had auto-updated and when I went to use the spare I had it was out of date... No drama when I called Cartridge People. The member of the team on the phone prepared a replacement with no fuss and said it would be with me next day. I urgently needed to print a document and get it out to a client. This was 5.30pm yesterday when I contacted them... the ink was with me by 11am next day. Fantastic service and customer support all round.”

“I had some difficulty placing my order for Epson ink and emailed the Cartridge People to explain my issue. I was immediately contacted by Alison who tried to contact me - my phone rejected the unknown number but she persisted by email, providing helpful info. I retried and completed my order.
