“Returning customer here, having always received excellent service, fast delivery, and on the odd occasion when a product has gone wrong, an immediate replacement with no questions asked. Today, Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the longer warranty that comes with your own brand equivalent cartridges, and processed my order in a cheerful friendly manner, which always secures my continuing business with Cartridge People.”

“Altho the cartridges did not work with my printer even after trying all kinds of fixes I contacted customer services and after short correspondence with LUCY she offered to either replace the cartridges or have a full refund. Great customer service from Lucy.”

“When I changed my printer I had cartridges from another company which were not very sucessfull being rejected before empty or not working from ther start I rang Cartridge people and spoke to Chris who assured me with the guarantee and being tried and tested also contained more ink than most there would be no problems. He came up with a good price with next day delivery which was spot on. Thanks Chris I am back with C P.”

“Cartridge People provide an excellent selection of ink cartridges/toners at exceptional prices. Their own compatible inks are good quality and offer substantial savings especially with increased ink content. My Samsung laser printer uses a Cartridge People toner which provides hundreds of printed pages unlike some cheaper ones from other suppliers for which you are lucky to get much more than 20 pages. Overall Cartridge People provide a superb service, being competotively priced and very quick dispatch time & delivery.”

“When I ordered a set of HP toners for my LaserJet pro printer, I purchased their own label products which were delivered next day with free delivery. I encountered a small problem and emailed customer services and was promptly dealt with by Hannah. She was incredibly kind and patient with providing solutions to my issue and explained a swift resolution. Her tone and empathy throughout were absolutely superb. With the problem solved quickly and efficiently, I would highly recommend the Cartridge People based on speed of service, pricing and all backed by excellent customer service. Hannah is a credit to you all!”

“Very helpful and polite not at all pushy. Yet to use the paper and ink but on examination the paper is superior quality. Yet to use ink so cannot comment on that yet. Extremely quick delivery as promised. Cost very reasonable.”

“Ordered Canon ink cartridges which came up as not in stock, however, Vicky kept me up to date as to when they were coming in. She then let me know that they were in and they would be going out next day to me. Prompt delivery, great service from Vicky.”

“Great company. I placed my first order online and within 30 minutes they called back to check my order and were able to provide me with a cheaper alternative. I had issues with one of the cartridges and emailed them. They responded immediately and were happy to replace the cartridge at no additional charge. Can’t fault the customer service. Carriages were good quality”
