“The cartridge people very good, however Eri were not that good in that it took 3 days to reach me without w/es. there system is not all it is cracked up to be.”

“I don’t have much knowledge on printers as I’ve only bought 2 in the last 30 years. So I sought advice from their staff as I need a replacement. Linday was so helpful giving me a selection that would suite my needs. I ordered one from them that day (they couldn’t be beaten on price) and Hayden phoned me to say it would be delivered the next day. It is now all set up and operating fully. What a brilliant service these people provide. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“I spoke to Sheree this afternoon, who was very patient and helpful, as I needed reassurance that Cartridge People own brand cartridges would work in my HP printer. Sheree assured me that they would but if there was a problem, this could be rectified, especially as I had a three year guarantee. I therefore went ahead and made a purchase of 2 own brand HP cartridges and am now awaiting delivery. The price advertised was also a factor in my ordering the cartridges, as they were much cheaper than the HP originals. I will now wait to see if these cartridges work - fingers crossed!!”

“Easy to use website and quick delivery. When I had an issue there was someone on hand to talk to on the phone without having to wait an age to get through. My issue was resolved promptly and efficiently via email and paid postage. Will continue to use them because of the quick response time and no quibble solutions”

“Ordered a Brother printer came next day can't complain at all. nice easy to follow website which is why they got the order. Only gave a score of 8 because I missed the recurring charge tickbox and it's a feature I don't like.”
