“I had a fantastic experience with Cartridge People, thanks especially to Liam. I dealt with him via email and he was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. “I would've given 4 start as they offer good products at fair price (Although you can definitely find house brand ink cartridges for cheaper elsewhere). But I'm giving 1 star as these guys' sales tactics are so aggressive. Bought the branded ink instead of the house brand? They'll call you 10 times until you pickup and then talk over you in order to get you to buy their house products instead. Left something in your basket? Again they'll call you non-stop to try and make the sale. Honestly, so off-putting, I will never buy here again.”

“Purchase process straightforward and clear. Delivery was spot on with good communication from the delivery firm. Although I have not yet used the cartridges purchased this time, I have used Cartridge People own brand products in the past and been impressed. I also tried another (slightly cheaper) brand of own brand cartridges previously and found them to be blotchy and variable. That's why I've returned to using Cartridge People.”
