“contacted customer service re recycling of printer cartridges, Louise dealt with my enquiry and very kindly offered to send me some bags to post the empty ones back to them. Thank you!”

“The online tacking for my delivery showed it had been marked as return to sender. I contacted customer services to find out why and was helped through the process by Caroline. It turned out that I had used an old Google email profile that contained an old address. Not only did Caroline manage to sort out the redelivery but advised me to sort out my Google pay account.”

“I've used Cartridge People for years. Only ever had one problem with a faulty cartridge but they sorted it out so quickly that I never go anywhere else. Great prices and service. I'd recently asked about recycling my old toner cartridge and Gemma came back very quickly with all the instructions I needed to return it for nothing. Great service again.”

“Excellent Customer Service: I recently re-ordered a number of replacement ink cartridges. When I fitted the colour cartridge in my printer - having first removed the protective strip - the only colour that it printed was red. I contacted Cartridge People by email to explain the problem. Within 90 minutes Melanie, one of the Customer Service team, replied and agreed to send out a replacement cartridge which arrived the following afternoon ! Thank you Melanie, I really appreciate your personal attention.”

“Both Sarah and Gemma were very helpful with my delivery which had been re-directed inadvertently by the Royal Mail. As this event coincided with Easter, tracing where the parcel was heading was delayed. In the end, all was well and the parcel was re-delivered to me. We kept in contact throughout and, as one of the items was very urgent, I had re-ordered and Cartridge People kindly deducted the cost of postage. Thank you”

“Brilliant service from Cartridge People, the own brand toner supplied for my Brother printer was faulty (poor print quality and making a funny noise). The no quibble guarantee is fault less and a replacement toner has arrived today which is working perfectly. I would recommend Cartridge People to anyone.”

“I needed to order some new cartridges for our printer and felt pleased to have been able to do so and get a ‘Bank Holiday’ discount. Like a lemon, I didn’t read the instructions carefully, ordered the cartridges but paid the regular price. Realising what I’d done I ordered again using the discount and made the expected saving. However, by the time I asked CP to cancel the first order, it was too late and within 24 hours, two packs were on our doorstep. Chris at CP took the bull by the horns and arranged a credit to be added to my account for the discount I’d hope to enjoy and such speedy response in sorting out a problem of my own making has ensured I’ll let lots of chums know what an easy, effective and efficient organisation they are. Full marks to Chris and all concerned!”

“After receiving my usual cartridges I had a problem with one of them. After liaising with Melanie and trying various suggestions I still could not get the cartridge to work. Melanie then informed me this would be replaced at no additional charge. Excellent customer service and support.”
