“I was having difficulty printing out using colours, which suggested a faulty cartridge. I couldn’t prove this, but when I contacted the Company I tried using their suggested route but failed to improve the colour output. Aden was swift in replying, with promise to send replacements. Cartridge People are swift in dealing with customers’ problems and I await the arrival of the replacement.”

“Today I was helped by Liam at cartridge people, the customer service I received from Liam was quick, very efficient and very helpful. Liam exceeded customer service today, I use cartridge people as they are more money efficient and they deliver quickly and without fail. Extremely pleased with the service I get by Cartridge people (but more so from the service I got from Liam today when he dealt with my problem).”

“Fabulous customer service , Sam went above and beyond to help me when my order was undelivered by EVRI. His colleague Chris arranged another delivery by DPD which was promptly delivered. EVRI claimed to have delivered the item originally ordered today , 13 days from order, when in fact they dumped it on the doorstep outside my wife’s office & didn’t even ring the bell . On informing my wife it was there, she found it outside where anyone walking past could have picked it up. Not only that , but the packaging was damaged . Having informed Sam, he informed me to keep it as a gesture of good will, which saves me the bother of trying to return this item to them. I will definitely purchase from this company again & recommend them to others, but avoid using EVRI for the delivery option. Thank you so much , Cartridge People. You deserve every one of those 5 stars!”

“On a recent order, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong ink cartridges. Returns details were e-mailed to me and we arranged for them to be returned. The credit hadn't happened and on chasing for this we needed to supply POD for the parcel to be found. Aden in customer service assisted on this and is now arranging the credit back to us.”
