“I spoke to Chris who was very helpful regarding the failure by the delivery company to deliver my toner which the Cartridge People had dispatched in a timely manner. Chris sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently and arranged for my original order to be cancelled and a new the one to be raised. All in all, good service, rectifying a problem.”

“This is an excellent company to order cartridges from. Best prices I could find on the market, quick and easy order process (and easy to identify the exact model of printer and cartridge required - thanks so much for this!). “I was very pleased with the service I received from Cartridge People. I had difficulty getting on line so left a message and I received an email in a very short time. The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful although by the time I spoke to her I had managed to get on line and order what I required. “Probably wouldn’t buy from these guys again whilst the price was fine and in line with the market. Within 30 seconds of ordering I received a sales call from them pushing to spend more. Then since that, the email marketing is too full on and the requests for reviews are over the top. It’s printer ink, it’s fine.”
