“I’ve ordered from Cartridge People before and haven’t had any problems. This time one of my cartridges was not recognised by the printer (I know this can happen sometimes). I contacted Customer Services via email and asked for a phone call back. Sam from Customer Services gave me a call to give me advice to try and get the cartridge working. I tried all the options but still couldn’t get the printer working. I emailed Sam back and he said he would send a new cartridge which arrived in a couple of days. The printer is now up and running. Sam was polite and professional and got things sorted out quickly with no fuss.”

“Amazing Customer Service, no waiting, no problems. I was returning a package, I had ordered the wrong ink, Lucy was very helpful, the process was not complicated, she just needed a few bits of information and everything was done. I was offered a refund or credit, I chose credit, but it was good to be offered the refund.”

“The service I have received from Liam ( Customer Support) has been exceptional. I had an HP Printer which showed an out of black ink message and would not print. Since the cartridges for HP are normally expensive, and I had always received good value from a CP alternative cartridge, I opted to purchase a couple of new ones which arrived next day. However, the replacement cartridge did not solve the problem with the printer, and it proved to be a mechanical fault instead. Repair would be expensive and, as the printer was 20 years old, it was decided to replace it. I requested the returns policy to get a refund and Liam was very helpful and polite in all his emails giving me advice and the way to return the unused cartridges.”

“I tried to order ink cartridges on line but had difficulty as kept being told my password was incorrect. After several attempts I decided to try phoning. I got through to Sam immediately who lifted my spirits just being able to speak to a person instead of wrestling with the internet. He was very polite, took my order, explained the delivery options and answers a few questions I had. I asked for next day delivery and look forward to receiving it. Thank you Sam”
