“I had problems with Cartridge People own brand ink, but was given a refund as soon as i provided evidence of the problem. Cartridge People, Caroline in particular, was very helpful on this matter.”

“It was easy to order the one thing I wanted and the delivery charge was reasonable. I chose the cheapest delivery option, and though it was probably just chance, it arrived the next day. I ordered their own brand inks and am satisfied with them as they dry quickly so no smudges on the printer and the colours are good. Are the own brand inks as good as the branded items? No not quite, but they are half the price and prefectly adequate for the text pages I am printing. I have used them for wo or three years now.”

“Alison was fantastic. I ordered a HP ink cartirdge which Evri never delivered. After waiting a week I contacted the Cartidge People for help. Alison despatched a replacement which did arrive the following day as promised - supe service, thank you :-)”

“I placed an order which was passed to Evri for delivery. I waited in for the allotted 2 hours but the delivery did not arrive. After two online conversations with Cartridge People over a period of 3 days approximately 10 days after placing the order I received a full refund. Obviously, I am unable to comment on the quality or suitability of the product as I never received it.”

“Had an issue with a toner, left a message on the web site on the Sunday afternoon. A response was received first thing Monday morning. spoke with Caroline who was extremely helpful, very patient and helped me with the problem. Over the following two days not only was I able to get up and running again, Caroline also gave me some great tips on how to manage the consumables for my printer, so much so that I ordered a whole stock of items. Would just like to thank Caroline for her help and if her boss reads this she deserves a pay rise!”

“I run a small business and have been ordering from The Cartridge People for around 18 months. Recently had a problem with a some own brand cartridges not being accepted by my printer. The problem was resolved within 24 hours and two replacement cartridges were sent out to me. They also talked me through some printer settings to resolve the issue for the future. I was very impressed.”

“Very happy with the service provided by the company however i have to question the logic of using Evri. Appauling company named as you might not recieve your package evri time!!. There is the Option to use another carrier granted but then that makes you more expensive than most of the competition.”
