“I have been a Cartridge People customer for several years and have always been happy with their service and prices. I had reason recently to contact them about a faulty HP compatible cartridge. I was impressed with Rachel's speedy response offering me either a credit to my account or a refund. I chose the second option and the credit was processed the same day.”

“I want to say thank you to Gemma & Hannah who helped me through my stressful printer cartridge problems. They were very helpful with excellent customer service and advised suggestions and where it didn’t work ensured I was left satisfied with dealing with the issues.
