“Ordered couple of toner cartridges. When they arrive opened the first one which was damaged. Opened the second one and put it in the printer. Printed a document toner everywhere on the paper. Contacted Cartridge People spoke to Wiki. Problem understood and replacement actioned. Very good service.”

“Lucy was very helpful on the phone and then after sending a picture of the error message via email, Lucy confirmed that my cartridge could have old firmware. She confirmed via email that a new cartridge would be sent out with the latest firmware and it promptly arrived soon after. Lucy was very organised and efficient, and it was very good customer service.”

“All items required were in stock and shipped same day for next day delivery via DPD. Communication is excellent, and pricing competitive. All in all, brilliant customer service. Sadly, DPD di not delivery on time, I had a notification that delivery was attempted at 16:40, but missed me. I was at home at the time, so this is very doubtful.”

“I had a problem with an ink cartridge I had purchased a bit earlier in the year and had only just needed to use. Things go wrong in all companies so I judge them how they react. Marianne was very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away, excellent customer service.”

“I would have given 5 stars for the customer service, but as I didn't receive the goods I've taken 1 star off! Having said that the other 4 stars are for Sam who promptly refunded the money paid for the goods. I use a few stationery companies but only buy from them if Cartridge People don't sell what I need.”

“Purchased two HP Office Jet Printer Cartridges as printer refused to print in black and white while colour cartridges were empty. Cartridge People cartridges offered good value although I had difficulties in the past with non HP cartidges, I gave them a try. The printer recognised them as non standard but accepted them and now priting away happily.”

“I was expecting some HP Black Printer Cartridges which had been overdue by almost 2 weeks. I emailed The Cartridge People and spoke to LIAM from customer service and explained my problem. I must admit he was very helpful and sorted out my problem and today 1st July my print cartridges arrived. So 100% to Liam and to the team who sent my package really excellent service. Many thanks”

“Amazing people! Had an issue with the one of the toners some 3 years after purchase (we keep surplus stock for when needed). They ran through some checks and went ahead and sent out a replacement toner straight away.”
