“I am generally happy with Cartridge People. Liam in your Customer Service Department sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. The only reason that I have marked Cartridge People down is that you use Evri as a courier. I find that they are generally less good than their competitors. In my case, they handed the parcel to a friend of ours in the street, but did not identify the friend or include her in the photo. Our parcel was not delivered for 5 days until she returned home.”

“Unfortunately having ordered the incorrect cartridges, The Cartridge People provided excellent service as my order was quickly cancelled and I received a prompt refund. Of course I subsequently ordered the correct cartridges for my HP printer!”

“Although I had used own brand ink in the past instead of HP without a problem, there was an issue with my new printer. Wiktoria at the Cartridge people responded to my e mail for help very quickly. Unfortunately they were not able to resolve the problem and instead sent compatible replacement ink to arrive with me the very next day. I would 100% recommend Cartridge People for service and competitive price. Well done Wiktoria”

“I have been using this and I don’t have a complaint with them. Very good customer service and quick dispatching. I hope they will consider more than 1 delivery partner as I have problem with Evri here in my area. It’s a shame that I can’t order from them at the moment because of Evri (twice now that my delivery been delayed and I have to cancel my order.)”

“Had a problem with our password for online purchase --- so I rang to see if I could place my order for inks over phone . Spoke to Lucy who was very polite and helpful -- and the order was soon placed and paid for - great service -- and good ink cartridges .”

“Very good website and easy to order. But everytime I order I recieved a call trying to upsale more toners. Also the amount of emails I recieved from this comapny is intense. I received 16 emails since the 16th July. Its a little much for the 3 toners I ordered.”

“Great service and easy to select the relevant cartridges. They have a good range so suit any printer. Items arrives very quickly and I liked receiveing afree gift - pen (handy for all those notes). Also included was a pre-paid recycling envelope ready to ruturn you used cartridges. Good to know that I'm doing my bit for the enviroment.”

“I found Wiktoria to be most helpful. I was troubled by a defective cartridge and once I notified them and provided a "Test sheet" Wiktoria recognised this and promptly sent out a replacement. Pleased with the courteous and respectful service.”
