“I always but HP original products . They then ring to try and sell me their own I am not a fan of own brand so when I suggest they send a sample for me to try at no cost to me with my HP order they refuse. Strange way to convince a customer to change in my opinion.”

“Bought cartridges that were meant to work on my Epsom printer but as they were not original Epsom they woukd not work despite Cartrifge Prople advertising that they would work”

“Wonderful customer service provided my Louise … she came to my assistance after I ordered the wrong item! … left me a very gracious message and on returning her call she helped me by sorting the order for the correct printer toner over the phone … my order was dispatched and I received it the following day on free delivery … I could not have been helped more and was very relieved and grateful for the help Louise gave me The toner is installed and our printer up and running again! I will definitely order from this company again … great prices and speedy dispatch and delivery… excellent customer support. I am very happy to highly recommend this excellent company”

“Caroline was very helpful and patient in dealing with the problem I (a dinosaur) was trying to explain. She was knowledgeable and could not have done more to help me.
