“Pushy sales team that answered questions surrounding payment processing falsely in order to gain additional sales. Avoid. This resulted in additional paperwork for me as they split the order into multiple payments, one for the original order and a separate one for the additional items that they rang to push me to add. I explicitly asked whether this would show as a separate transaction on my card or not as this would make my expenses for work more complicated and they bluntly informed me, incorrectly, that it would go through as one transaction. When this transpired not to be the case I rang to complain and to attempt to get the appropriate invoices to complete my expenses paperwork to reflect multiple transactions and they could not provide this and was told that the sales team should not have told me this in the first place as that was not possible. This was my first time using cartidge people and it will be my last. As a business customer I require accurate information and invoicing. On a more personal point I don't appreciate being lied to, nor do I appreciate the pushy sales tactics.”

“Srvice was fine but the cartridges took too long (nearly a week) to arrive, which was frustrating because i needed to print some legal docs urgently. I'll keep this in mind next time i order.....”

“I had previously used the company for inject ink cartridges, I was advised at that time that their own brand was equal to the original brand but with more ink for the similar price, I have had no issues with the products and the printer recognises the own brand as a genuine product. I am very happy to continue with their own brand products. They are generally sent out as next day delivery”
