took over a week for the cartridges to arrive. I haven't used any of the cartridges yet so cannot comment on ink quality

The ink cartridges came promptly but they do not fit an Epson XP-432! Compatible cartridges will not work in that printer, software is now so advanced it can tell if they are genuine cartridges or not! Save yourself the bother and buy originals.

When any kind of goods will often arrive within 48 hours of placing an order I find the 7 days that it takes for cartridges to travel less than 30 miles is unacceptable The Cartridge People need to get out of the lower leagues if they wish to compete with the Premier division players

We rely heavily on Royal Mail and although they’re usually very efficient they can on rare occasions take longer than the estimated 2-4 days as stated on our website. We do find that on occasions the post person doesn't always leave a calling card if they have been unable to deliver for any reason. 1 received my cartridge order ,but was unable to use them as they come without the micro chip.they do not tell you that on the order.

The order received on time. Two of the same cartridge ordered - one arrived in a packet that had been split open and one removed. This cartridge didn't seem to work when we first inserted it but I haven't tried it again. the other was a completely different make and packaging and has been working OK. Not yet got to the number of prints to see if it is as good value as the price appeared to be. Altogether not very satisfied.

The contact with the Cartridge people was easy, prices OK and the delivery service excellent. I bought a bundle of three cartridges but regrettably one of them ran out of ink after about 10 pages of print. So I bought one from canon off the shelf and it's fine!! Are the cartridges tested before they are sent out?

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards, and sourced only from manufacturers with exacting standards, many holding ISO9000/9001/9002 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards. For compatible products, ink/toner quality and life span are comparable to that of the branded manufacturers. Compatible remanufactured cartridges are all print tested prior to leaving our manufacturers. Canon printers have no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. From this information your printer estimates the ink level of the cartridge and when it believes the ink cartridge is running low/empty will present you with the “Check Ink” , "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. As a result of this way of estimating ink levels, even an original Canon ink cartridge will almost certainly have some ink left when your printer warns you it is empty. Canon printers allows you to continue printing with a single button press and will usually give this prompt in a fairly sizable message once it detects that the cartridge may be empty. Simply hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for five seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. The cartridge should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this.

One of 2 cartridges failed. I have never had a cartridge fail in this printer before now.

The catridges took a few good days to arrive. Much later than reviews said they would. The coloured ink didn't work at all, my canon printer rejected it. My printer said The black ink was finished after printing few pages. Took lots of shaking it around to allow some more printing. Not very impressed

When I shopped with you , I made it clear that I wanted a full set of colours in one container . I was not told that I was buying individual cartridges . I have never shopped with you before and I have always found it less expensive to buy replacement ink with all colours together as a set . I doubt that I will shop with you again.

This was my first order from Cartridge People and I waited a long time for delivery. I ordered a set of cartridges for my HP Photosmart 5520 printer but was extremely disappointed when my order did arrive. The Magenta cartridge leaked and made a terrible mess everywhere and the Black cartridge did not fit my machine at all. Very sorry but I shall not be ordering from Cartridge People again. Apologies but I could not give a better review but I was bitterly disappointed and inconvenienced as I had needed the cartridges urgently by the time they eventually arrived.

Mr Lawes All of our prices include delivery we do not add any additional charges for delivery. Also I can see from your order that on this occasion no VAT has been paid. All of our prices include any applicable taxes and delivery so the price you see is the price you pay.

Ordered one original multipack, one original Black and two compatible Epson cartridges estimated time of delivery 2-7 days - actual delivery 15 days. The multipack was unavailable and sent as five separate items.

Many thanks for your promt delivery. Yesterday the Epson Printer told me that I was running low on RED so I canced it for one New one out of the box..... Then it camwe up that the Yellow one was low when only befoe it was half full. Changed that for a New one. then I am told does not reconize Ink Catridges... Would not Prin ... The cartridges appear to be okay. However, over a week for delivery is dreadfully long to wait when most internet orders are received within 48 hours
