I purchased a number of cartridges for a Canon MG5250 series printer. My order included several PGI-525 black cartridges. I have tried to use three of these cartridges so far, two of which are not recognised by the machine and the other prints when it wants to. I have cleaned the head several times and also completed a deep clean and the results are the same. I have used one colour cartridge so far from my order and so far so good. Please let me hear from you with your thoughts.

After using the search criteria on your site I was given the wrong information as to which cartridges I needed . So I therefore ended up wasting money on cartridges that don't fit my printer

Recently bought product. Print quality poor with additional lines and shadow. Changed cartridges from another source and works fine

The four colour cartridges were not compatible with my HP Officejet Pro 6830 and my experience has not been a good one. I have this evening emailed customer services to refund in full the cost of these fake cartridges. I guess I was sucked in by the cheap price of these incompatible cartridges and have learned the lesson not to use cheap incompatible cartridges.

When querying the despatch and delivery, I was under the impression that some of the staff hadn't a clue as their replies were not helpful and in some cases contradictory!

Price was good however was told delivery "usually takes place within 2-7 days" and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the second part of my order and have received no update.

you sent me a earlier email and I told you that I did not receive my order and you have not responded, now you ask me for a review. You should think again , it might have been lost in transit but at least I expected some sort of response to my issue. THE EPSON PICTUREMATE BOXES WERE BOTH IN A POOR CONDITION ON ARRIVAL. THEY WERE RIPPED ALONG THE TOP AND SQUASHED. WE HAVE NOT USED THEM YET BUT HOPEFULLY THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED IN WILL NOT EFFECT THE CARTRIDGES THEMSELVES. WE WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR CARRIERS AS THEY ARE NOT TAKING DUE CARE WHEN SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCTS.

I ordered what were described as compatible printer cartridges for my brother printer. First the order was slow to arrive and rather than as on package came as separate packages for each of the four colours. As for compatibility the cartridges were a poor fit and it was necessary to swap cards around between cartridges to get the printer to recognise them. The result I have already ordered original brother cartridges from a different supplier and am pleased with these and the new supplier.

VERY happy with the courteous manner in which Jordan telephoned me and sorted out a problem to my satisfaction. Great product and will not hesitate to order from Cartridge People in the future.

Delivered promptly , installed without a problem Except that Colour light on Cannon printer now flashes. Looked at instructions which said it might happen and to remove cartridge & carefully clean . Did that but same result ? HOWEVER , after installing , colour indicator flashing . read instructions , cleaned cartridge as stated - no change. Visited cannon info on Laptop. Indicators show both cartridges empty ? Contacted Cartridge people , said would be OK ??? NO ITS NOT . Its important to me to know when cartridges are nearly empty so I can replace. Now I cannot. Cheaper is not always best .

Order sent in 3 shipments, Royal mail delivered I of 3 Monday 2 of 3Tuesday and 3of 3 Wednesday so I had to stay in for 3 days to catch the postman if I did not they would have left a card and I would have had to do a round trip of 4 miles to pick them up. If you paid royal mail for first class you should get a refund. regards John.
