Very slow delivery. Not fit for purpose. Incomprehensible logistics whereby a black cartridge comes one day and the colour one 2 days later. Illogical and useless to people waiting to use their copier. Very inconvenient and irritating

I ordered a set of HP Black and colour cartidges. The Black ones work, but the colour ones don't. How can I return them?

I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the 935XL ( C2P23AE / C2P24AE / C2P25AE / C2P26AE ) Compatible Ink Cartridges supplied by us. There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the cartridge chip and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint, on the copper contact plate on the cartridge. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge to give them a thorough clean. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip are completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. I ordered a black cartridge and it said that it would fit my printer.put it in and it doesn't.money wasted

Have you removed all protective clips/strips from the cartridge? i purchaced 2black and1 couler cartridges for my cannon mp210 they were supposedto be compatable but the coulour was ok the black would not install in my printer i will not buy cheap compatable ones again

I got the faulty cartridge. The cartridge was inside quite DRY. It wii never works. Cartridge People wrote to me that they cannot send me the new cartridge, which works, because my address is in Finland. So I cannot recommend Cartridge People to a friend.

Service and delivery no problems. However quality of cartridges was poor. On withdrawing cartridges and removing seals, ink leaked out staining hands and surrounding area. Seals were difficult to remove and left extremely sticky cartridge cases on removal. Printer would not accept cartridges with indications saying they were not genuine. Therefore unusable.

I have no problem with your website, ordering service and delivery schedule. What I am disappointed about is emailing your customer services twice in the past two weeks about non functioning ink and never getting a reply.

They sent the things I bought in no less than 4 separate packages. The advert showed a manufacturer's pack of 6 inks in a box but they sent separate packages of most of the inks. The first package arrived a day before the rest so I had to email them about what was going on. This way of working must eat into their profits. Their ad didn't say they operate from Jersey - I don't like buying from there as it's a tax haven. To their credit they did reply to my email fast.

this is the second time I have had one out of two cartridges empty , the colour is ok ,but the black is empty , I cannot keep buying a double pack when one is empty.

This is not a fault with the cartridges nor the printer. It is due to software in the printer designed to limit the full functionality of a non-branded cartridge. Having bought The Picture Expert cartridges from you before I assumed I would get the same product.My mistake as my order had mixed cartridges to include "ink" brand which are poor, or at last my experience of having used these before evidences they are poor. I would not hav e expected mixed brands. I would not recommend you for this reason.

I purchased two printer cartridges and was very disappointed as they proved to be no better than the ones I was replacing. However, this is the first time I have encountered this problem with Cartridge People.
