Ordered black & colour cartridges to suit my Dell 964 printer. Just no good and a waste of money. ! have had to order replacements direct from Dell at the usual rip off prices !

My first attempts at colour printing gave poor results so I am waiting to see of there is any improvement

Dear Mr Scholes, Order Number GB160708-LA1633086 Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the Epson T0445 Compatible Black & Colour Ink Cartridge supplied by us. There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the cartridge chip and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint, on the copper contact plate on the cartridge. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge to give them a thorough clean. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip are completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. Bought the cartridges for Epson XP-830. Put magenta cartridge into printer and printer is not reconizing cartridge and will not let me progress??

Although the printer will print with these cartridges the end product is not printed clearly and is very sketchy

Out of the three cartridges I ordered my printer could not recognise one cartridge and another supposedly ran out of ink after just thee days. Cartridge World have offered to replace the faulty cartridges free of charge.

After 15 days of ordering, I still have not received the main half of my order, the black and blue cartridges. As a result, I have been unable to use my printer for over 2 weeks when I needed it most!

Delivery information is displayed here: http://www.cartridgepeople.com/info/delivery-information I can see that you had contacted us within the 7 days and we advised of the timescale and to contact us again should the order not arrive by the latest date. As we received no further contact from you we were not aware that the order had taken longer than advertised. very poor delivery time,why are they sent from Switzerland, took 2 hours to make cartridges work. I wont be returning

I can see that one of the parcels had been lost and we have refunded you for the item subsequently not received - this is a rare occurrence and it is reported back to Royal Mail. I was pleased with the prompt delivery. I inserted the cartridges into my printer and a message appeared saying they were not suitable. these things happen but I just don't have the time to sort them out. I expect things to work first time. I remove asbestos and if I did it in your premises and did it poorly then an apology or customer survey doesn't really make up for it does it?

Delivery took an age, the product and service is, in my opinion, not good. Well over a week for final cartridge to arrive (multiple deliverys for 1 order). Would not use again.

My printer is reading the cartridges as empty, I have tried sever things but they are reading empty and therefore won't work!!

One of two black ink cartridges did not work, the second one did work. I placed the dud in a packet to be recucled.

I was advised my order has been dispatched. This was on the 25th June 2016, it is now 9th July 2016, 14 days and my order still has not arrived.

Previous review by me stated cartridge world should have read Cartridge People I went to cartridge world for canon replacements due to poor quality of your Peach products.

Cartridge World's service and price was fine but I had previously used Canon XL cartridges on a home MG5550. Based on previous good experience I purchased number of their Peach multipacks which have proven a disaster. As the printer is used less than 10-15 times a week the jets continually clog and require 2-3 deep clean cycles to clear each time. Basically loss of ink in this process does not make the cartridges cheaper. Very disappointed and stuck with a stock of poor quality items..

I ordered 4 Canon cartridges. They were sent by four separate posted packages, for each of which I was charged £2.50 --a total p.and.p. charge of £10.00. Far too high a charge, and a very significant proportion of the overall cost. You should state the p.and p. charges clearly on the website --not merely say that the price includes delivery charges.

I bought Canon PG-540XL Compatible High Capacity Black Ink Cartridge, it listed that it could print up to 600 pages....it managed 6! (60 would've helped me achieve the job) Not a reliable product - especially with deadlines to meet. I would like a full refund but need to find out how.
