From order to delivery, very quick.

I contacted your customer service department today about my HP 303 cartridge order of 06/01/26. I had received order confirmation from you and a further email about dispatch . I then received an email from Evri saying that they had my order and would keep me informed about delivery . I have received nothing from them since . It looks as if the parcel is in limbo ! As I have not received a tracking number I cannot track the progress of my order at all . In desperation , I rang your customer service . Chris could not have been more helpful . He explained exactly what he was going to do to help me , was totally professional and so pleasant . By the end of my call, he had organised a recall of the original parcel and ordered a new cartridge to be sent out to me via a different courier If only all problems could be sorted so efficiently ! I think Chris deserves a medal! I will definitely use Cartridge People in the future but will be avoiding Evri at all costs ! Thank you so much Chris !

Great experience. They called and asked if I wanted the own brand inks for my printer and mentioned the printer warranty and everything. Unfortunately the inks arrived damaged because of DPD. Siobhan at Cartridge People dealt with me and sorted me out with replacements on the same day! Incredible. The ink bottles are the perfect volume for my printer too. Makes a change dealing with actual humans instead of bots. Will be buying my Canon ink from here from now on.

Melanie was so helpful with a problem I had caused, There is only one way I can receive my e-mails with Virgin Media, The way the page is set out some of the images are hidden for security reasons, You have to press a button to show all images If you are not careful as i was not careful enough you can end up pressing the unsubscribe button by mistake as i did But thankfuly Melanie soted it out for me, Thank you so much Melanie. Cartridges ordered arrived in good time. On opening the package, I noted that every one of the several individual boxes was damaged. Accordingly, I checked each cartridge. All but one had survived intact. Just one was leaking. I contacted Cartridge People and spoke with Sam. Very sympathetic and helpful. He immediately arranged for despatch of a replacement (received in good time) and did some detective work to try and pinpoint the cause of the problem. He spotted that the delivery photo showed that the cartridges had been repackaged, presumably having been damaged in transit — because the packaging material was not that used by Cartridge People. So no fault with CP, but more likely with Evri. Well done Sam. Will continue to use CP.

I always order my cartridges from Cartridge People as they are much better value than the HP cartridges. I have had issues a couple of times with the cartridges stopping connecting to my printer, but if this cannot be solved a replacement has been sent out promptly. Melanie was very helpful when this happened recently.

Reasonably priced, fast, accurate. One star dropped as the sales team has started second-guessing my choice to accept Original Brand Cartridges instead of the cheaper knock-offs.

This morning Chris. phoned concerning the non receipt of cartridge ink. I was surprised to hear from him as today everything seems to be automated. It was pleasant to speak to a human being.
