“After waiting several days, I contacted Cartridge People by E-mail to say the courier had not yet delivered my order. I received a prompt reply from Chris, to say that the courier could not find the shipment, and that he had arranged for a replacement to be delivered to me on the following day, via a different courier. I was very pleased to receive the ink cartridges early in the afternoon, as promised, and very happy that Chris had responded so promptly and positively. I will certainly order from Cartridge People in future.”

“I am so impressed with the company and staff. Knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Alison steered me through the technical issues and it turns out my printer is faulty and not an economical repair so she arranged a refund for the toner that was of no use to me. Great service - thank you.”

I can see that we’ve been in contact with you regarding this, and advised that the Canon GP-501 Glossy Photo Paper (50 Pack) is included inside the cartridge box. This item is not supplied separately, as the box is a sealed package prepared by Canon. Please could you open the cartridge box to check inside? “Customer service is amazing. I had not received my ink cartridges due to Evri. I contacted customer service and Si Bennett sorted everything out for me. Resending the inks to me and giving advice on redirecting with Evri. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much Si Bennett, you are an asset to the company. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you.”

“Amazing company. Quick efficient service and delivery when ordering. Customer service is also second to none. I ordered cartridges over a year ago and my printer updated the firmware yesterday (despite me having previously set it to never update!). Because I use own branded items there is a possibility that the cartridges will not work (I have experienced this previously) so the agent arranged replacements yesterday without any fuss, and the items arrived today. Details about returning the historic cartidges were emailed making it a really simple, smooth, efficient process. Thank you so much for your help.”

“My order was a week late in being delivered. I originally called The Cartridge People to alert them at 4 working days from order and was told to call back on the 5th working day if still not received. I did so and spoke with Lucy, who quickly worked to resolve the issue. She apologised and said I shouldn’t have needed to wait the extra day so immediately arranged a new order to be sent via DPD for next day delivery. Lucy understood the importance of good customer service and the offer of resending as gesture of goodwill.”

“Bought the cartridges for my HP Officejet 8012 as HP cart's were nearly double the price you were charging. To date I have found nothing wrong with them and appear to last longer than the HP ones. I have bought a spare set and will continue to use these as long as I have this printer.”
