“Always fast to dispatch, unfortunately this time the courier didn’t get my package to me, but once I made contact with customer services, Sam did a great job sorting the problem out and offering to send a replacement straight away. Great service, very appreciated!”

“I received a phone call from one of your staff who convinced me to purchase your own brand ink cartridges rather than the HP product that I had originally ordered. I opened the cyan ink, the same as I did the black and the other colours but it exploded in my hand and left me with blue stains for days. I cleaned the mess around the cartridge and placed it in the printer. Now my colour print outs are not the colours they are supposed to be. I have run it several times but it's always the same. I tried to clean inside the printer but cannot do it properly and honestly I do not know if this will work anyway. Now, I do not have a functioning colour printer. A waste of time, no colour print outs and a busted printer. All in all not good. I'd like to know how you would like to sort this out please.”
