“The service offered by Yourselves, is what I was looking for when I first placed an order. However when contacted by your sales team (Helen), she made the point that for the money I was spending it would be more economical to go with your own brand. This on reflection was a mistake on my part, as using your cartridges would invalidate the warranty on my printer. I will probaly use your service in the future but until the warranty runs out, it will genuine Canon cartrides. Also no "return" packaging or written guarantee on compatablity was sent.”

“I am very disappointed with your service. My order was made on 30th. December 2025 and I still havn't received the printer ink cartridges. This delay has now meant that I am unable to use the printer as I've used up all the ink. Please sort this out and if you won't return my money.”

“I have purchased from Cartridge People on several occasions, normally great value and service. On this occasion they used EVRI who from our experience to be useless. EVRI returned our order to Cartridge People without attempting to deliver Cartridge People re delivered using DPD, no issues and a much more reliable courier Will continue to purchase from Cartridge People”

“I have been buying my ink cartridges from Cartridge People for years, they are consistently very good with more ink in them than the branded equivalent. I was also pleased to find 90g printer paper as I print most things double-sided, lower weight paper shows through and needs single-sided printing making 90g more favourable cost-wise and environmentally.”

“V good service. I accidentally took the metal strip off thinking it was the other film that you remove before using the cartridge thus ruining it !! and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Will always use them in future.”

“Placed an order for canon products. Had a phone call asking if I could switch to their own product. I explained my printer usually kicks out non canon products. Was assured this would work or my money back. They were delivered quickly and work like a charm. Plus cheaper too. Will always order from here now. Plus the lady I spoke to was super friendly and helpful.”
