The replacement arrived quickly and worked perfectly, which was a great relief after some initial troubleshooting. “Would recommend for ink cartridges, etc. Very quick delivery and excellent service. Had a slight issue with part of my delivery. Lindsay in the customer service department was extremely helpful and got back to me asap. She was very courteous and professional and sorted out my order for me. Many thanks Lindsay.”

“The service I have received from the Cartridge People has been excellent. My (temperamental!) Canon printer refused to accept their own make but Lindsay arranged a full refund straightaway so I was able to order Canon cartridges and just pay a small difference. The delivery is very fast and the after sales service we received from Lindsay was excellent, even working on a Bank Holiday to sort out the issues. I will be reordering from them in the future and definitely recommend them.”

“I ordered one of their own brand cartridges for an HP printer. The printer detected it was not an official HP one and would not allow me to use it. Cartridge People provided a refund without quibble and issued a replacement HP one. The return process was easy.”
