“I used Cartridge People for Canon Pixma cartridges. The order was delivered very promptly but unfortunately a few days later I realised only 3 of 4 items were in the package. I emailed CP and a swift apology came back and the 4th item arrived a few days later. Anyone can make a mistake but it is how it is dealt with it. Thanks and well done, Wiki, for sorting it out so quickly and professionally. That’s why I give it 5 stars.”

“I've used The Cartridge People several times ine the past and always been pleased with their service, quality and prices. I recently had to upgrade my printer and was able to get a refund on my unused stock of cartridges, which I was particularly pleased about. On line support is good too. A recent enquiry was dealt with efficiently by Phil on the other end of the "line".”

“Althought the cartridge arrived DOA, the handles had been cracked off either in packing or shipping, Rachel was very quick to process a refund and didn't require endless evidence, simply a picture of the damaged cartridge.”

“Genuine Canon Maxify ink at nearly £90 a set is just ridiculous. After a bad experience with non-HP cartridges killing my old printer, I was wary—but gave Cartridge People’s own-brand inks a try. Glad I did. The Canon accepted them straight away, no errors, no fuss, and everything’s working perfectly and nearly £20 cheaper. I’ve only used them for documents so far, but print quality is absolutely fine for everyday use. Recommend.”

“Whilst the ink I am sure is fine, the use of the Cartridge People ink cartridges is causing my printer to mal-perform. I cannot get the Magenta cartridge to function - so cannot print in colour - Doh”
