“Phil was great explaining that despite Brother changing firmware that could not be deleted it is possible to update non-Brother ink cartridges. Will save me 50% of the cost.”

“A cartridge due to be delivered to us did not turn up. CP's Aden was able to carefully guide us through the process to enable us to get a printer cartridge delivered by DPD. We are very pleased with the Brother cartridge that came from CP.”

“Delivery was fast and pricing was exceptionally good. I did, though, order the wrong item but Customer Services were extremely helpful and replied to my Contact Form in I would say about half an hour. My many thanks to Melanie for the swift and courteous way in which she undid MY mistake. It's great to have a company that's super efficient and professional - certainly the best I have experienced in that industry.”
