“Unfortunately I had a particular problem with my cartridges not communicating correctly with my printer. I then contacted Simon Heath at Cartridge People who was extremely helpful and responsive. But after trying to identify if it was just one cartridge after placing one old and one new cartridge in the printer did not resolve the issue. In the circumstances therefore he very kindly arranged to replace the cartridges. I am therefore very pleased with the high standard and responsiveness of customer service received.”

“Great range of products at very good and competitive prices - excellent value. Customer service is outstanding too - I recently had a query and it was resolved fully, professionally and very politely within an hour of its submission - great work from Emma, who couldn’t have been more helpful! Cartridge People have been consistently excellent with the many purchases I’ve made from them over the years now and they are my first option when looking for products within their remit.”

“Always order original cartridges, good price and packaged well. Only issue we have is with delivery the last twice there have been issues with DPD being able to find us despite instructions given and what 3 words used. Thank you to Chris in customer services this time as our parcel would not have been delivered if it wasn't for him. DPD driver stated that he did not look at delivery instructions!”

“wow Lindsay I had 2 printer cartridges missing from my order at the weekend. I sent an email on Sunday & had a reply from Lindsay the same day. I then received replacement cartridges this morning, Tuesday. I'm extremely impressed with this level of service, particularly as it all happened over a Bank holiday weekend. Many thanks Lindsay”

The replacement arrived quickly and worked perfectly, which was a great relief after some initial troubleshooting.
