Regarding cartridge prices, printer manufacturers often set the prices for original branded cartridges, and unfortunately these can be expensive compared to compatible alternatives. While we do offer our own-brand cartridges as a lower-cost option for many printers, we completely understand that some customers prefer to use original branded products, and we respect that choice. “I had to place my recent order for Canon brand cartridges because my previous ‘own brand’ cartridges from Cartridge People did not print correctly. I wrote to them several times about this issue and received no reply.”

“The prices are good for the Brother printer cartridges. What I don't like is the call I receive from the Cartridge people advising of their cheaper equivalent. I am fully aware of those prices, I am choosing to purchase Brother cartridges. Respect my choice, and please don't call me”

“I have used Cartridge People numerous times and found then value for money and a reliable fast service. On this occasion after two days from ordering the courier Evri sent me a message 'Your item is still on it’s way to you but it is taking a little longer than we expected' They went on to say they would send me a message when it was out for delivery - that didn't happen but it arrived after four days in a black plastic bag. On opening this there was the brown Cartridge People bag cut all along the one side open with 4 of the 10 inks inside. £150 of inks were missing. On contacting Cartridge People - Sam answered and was so apologetic and comforting - next day I received 6 new inks in a CP brown bag. Thanks CP for your efforts as to EVRI they now want me to rate their service!”

“The website was easy to use and the order process was straightforward. Delivery by courier (Evri?) was on time. Unable to comment on the cartridge quality as I will not be installing them until present ones expire.”

“The cartridges I ordered came when expected, unfortunately although the outer packaging was perfect inside the boxes were rather bashed . The cartridges seem to be fine though I was a bit disappointed that the free pen that you sent me was in bits so I had to bin itl”

However, I'm sorry to learn that the inner packaging was damaged and that the complimentary pen arrived broken. We were completely unaware of these issues, and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to put things right.
