“Initially HP equivalent cartridge did not work. I contacted Cartridge People customer support and I got a quick reply from Lindsay advising what the source of the issue was with instructions on how to resolve it.”

“I was slightly confused if Cartridge People's own brand ink would work with my printer. Spoke to Louise is customer service, she was brilliant! She clearly knew exactly what she was talking about, even manged to find how my printer was set up by its serial number then explained the benefits of the Home Brand range of ink. Excellent service from a very polite and professional agent. Due to the help Louise gave me I will now use Cartridge People from now on. Great service and far better prices than I have found elsewhere.”

“Highly recommended. I've been a customer for a few years now, and I've always been impressed with their customer service. Their own-brand toner has done the job very well on my Brother printer, though there's a constant battle with the printer manufacturers trying to force customers to use their overpriced OEM toner, and Brother have joined this evil game. Cartridge People have been very helpful in finding workarounds when problems arise. Most recently, Sheree helped with recycling some old used toner cartridges* and returning some unopened ones outside the normal returns window (despite having no obligation to do so). * Pro tip: it's worth keeping some used OEM cartridges even if you use 3rd party toner, as swapping in some old OEM ones for a few minutes sometimes helps to sort out 'unauthorised toner' errors”

“I used Cartridge People for Canon Pixma cartridges. The order was delivered very promptly but unfortunately a few days later I realised only 3 of 4 items were in the package. I emailed CP and a swift apology came back and the 4th item arrived a few days later. Anyone can make a mistake but it is how it is dealt with it. Thanks and well done, Wiki, for sorting it out so quickly and professionally. That’s why I give it 5 stars.”

“I've used The Cartridge People several times ine the past and always been pleased with their service, quality and prices. I recently had to upgrade my printer and was able to get a refund on my unused stock of cartridges, which I was particularly pleased about. On line support is good too. A recent enquiry was dealt with efficiently by Phil on the other end of the "line".”
