“Cartridge People offer a very good delivery service, at a very competitive price on their ink cartridges, which we have been using for our Epson Workforce Pro 5790 printer. If there has been a problem, they have been very prompt and helpful in resolving it.”

“I have had the best 5 star customer service from Alison. I was initially contacting about a problem with a previous order and within a few emails, I now have a new set of cartridges coming. I honestly cannot praise Alison enough. This interaction has also kept me as a customer.”

“Bought the cartridges for my HP Officejet 8012 as HP cart's were nearly double the price you were charging. To date I have found nothing wrong with them and appear to last longer than the HP ones. I have bought a spare set and will continue to use these as long as I have this printer.”

“Have been using Cartridge People for a few years now and they have always been a very good supplier. The cartridges are good quality (i always buy compatibile ink as opposed to branded), delivery is always swift. On my last order, they were especially good, as there was a problem with my card being auto verified - when they saw I was having problems on line, they called me direct and sorted the order and payment verificațion problems over the phone. Even pre wanted me about an up coming price increase, so i could avoid that as well. I will continue to use Cartridge People for my replacement ink.”

“I have bought from Cartridge people from time to time and been pleased with the result. But on this occasion, the experience was quite unpleasant. I was phoned by a lady who wanted me to buy the own brand cartridge instead. I said "no thank you" to that, as I wanted the Canon brand. But she was not prepared to accept that, and quite aggressively insisted that I bought the "own brand", and would not let the matter go. It got to the point that I said that I would have to cancel the order, but even that did not quieten her. Eventually she accepted that I wanted what I ordered, and I receved it very quickly. I'm happy to be told that other options are available (well explained on the website anyway), but not to be treated in this manner.”
