“I realised as soon as I had placed my order that the delivery address was incorrect so I used the online contact form to advise Cartridge People of the correct address. Within 445 minutes Emma emailed to say that the address had been changed (and this was on a Bank Holiday). Well done & thank you.”

“Excellent customer service from Emma in respect of a defective cartridge** and sorting out an immediate replacement. ** It has to be said we have been using their own brand inks on an MG3650 for years and never had a fault - so a very rare event!! Many thanks John & Karen”

“Unfortunately have been sent a couple of cartridges that absolutely do not work and have had to be sent for recycling. While the first was replaced really fast with the additional gift of some tea bags no such offer was made for the second useless cartridge. So while some aspects have been good, others have been disappointing.”
