“I recently purchased an XL original cartridge but unfortunately the cartridge didn’t work. I spoke to Hannah at Cartridge People and she was very patient and understanding that I am a non-technical pensioner. She was professional but friendly and her customer service is second to none. In my opinion Hannah is a great asset to the Company.”

“Still not received the cartridges as they are still with Avri somewhere - so will not be using you again as have had to get alternative supply due to the delay.”

“My order hadnt arrived and I made a call to Cartridge people and I spoke to a lovely employee called Sam who helped me resolve my issue in minutes. I needed my ink for my business and he resolved it by checking my order and sorting priority delivery out for me. Thank you so much for the help.”

“Good service from Cartridge People let down by Evri. Having told me they had the parcel for delivery, it took 3 days to deliver it and parcel was left on doorstep in full view of the road.”

“Ordering was easy and cartridge arrived faster than expected. We bought a manufacturer original cartridge the first time we ordered from Cartridge People (as it was a new printer and I was worried about negating a guarantee by not using originals) but had a personal phone call from Cartridge People explaining how their guarantee works for their own brand cartridges, so this time we ordered one of those and I am very happy with it so far!”

“I’ve used Cartridge People for quite a while and always had brilliant service. Quick easy re-ordering on the website, fast delivery and instant help if you get stuck finding the products you need. During that time I’ve had two small problems which were dealt with quickly without any fuss. A recent faulty cartridge was replaced by Sam following an email and a quick return phone call. The customer service is outstanding.”

When a courier misdelivers a parcel just a 2-minute walk away, our team will usually ask if a customer can check the address, as this is often the fastest way to get your items. However, I completely understand that having to retrieve your own order from another street felt like poor service, and I am truly sorry for the frustration this caused. “I’ve used Cartridge People several times now and have always been very happy with both their service and their prices. On the one occasion when something went wrong with a delivery, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, responded very quickly and dealt with the problem in such a friendly and personal way.
