“service from yourselves was excellent following delivery issues with "EVRI".DPD & ROYAL MAIL are far better in this area suggest you do not use them they let your company down .”

“Web site easy to navigate. Various options for each item shown clearly. Ordering easy. Information re likely delivery good. One point, the delivery company used is not the most reliable. The order was delivered on due day but in the evening, when we were in, no ring of door bell, parcel left in full view of the road and on a wet evening. Did not find until next morning.”

“For years I have ordered my print cartridges from Cartridge-people. For years, no problems and then suddenly, I put in a new one and, hey presto, it refused to allow its ink out of its box. I spent a messy time trying to encourage it. All to no avail. Then I rang Cartridge people and LUCY came to my rescue. The only hold up was Evri who, in spite of being told they could deliver on Monday, did not do so. I told them to deliver on Wednesday, and what did they do?? they delivered on Tuesday! Question 6 below: Which company are you meaning? Cartridge P. or Evri?”

“I am happy with Cartridge People's service, products and delivery times. Thank you. One bit of feedback. I made a mistake on my onlione order (wrong paper size) and i contacted CP immediately by telephone to change it but the system doesn't allow that. So I had to cancel the order, wait for the refund and then put the correct order through. It would be good if there was perhaps an hour's grace after placing an order to change it, as mistakes can happen.”
