“WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH BLACK CARTRIDGE NOT BEING RECOGNISED BY THE PRINTER. LINDSAY WENT OUT OF HER WAY AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WHICH WAS A PRINTER NOT CARTRIDGE ISSUE. A REFUND OF BLACK CARTRIDGE WAS ALSO ISSUED AS GESTURE OF GOODWILL. WELL DONE CARTRIDGE PEOPLE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE ANS WILL CONTINUE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS DUE TO QUALITY AND PRICE. THANK YOU.”

“I have been a regular customerv for several years now, but I now find your cartridges are not compatible with my HP Envy printer. My recent order which I had on standby ready to use just will not work. Can I return them to you? I will require an HP black cartridge as soon as possible. Can you help please”

“Really pleased to receive a phone call after placing my initial order telling me how I could save money by going for Cartridge People ink cartridges, rather than the printer manufacturer's own brand cartridges. ( I had experienced problems doing just this with another company's cartridges.) I'm pleased to report that the Cartridge People cartridges are working well and have been accepted by my printer: I shall be re-ordering from them aagain!”
