“I had a cartridge delivered that wasn't working. I contacted Cartridge People and spoke with Aden. He suggested a couple of things to try, but when this didn't work he replaced the cartridge. It was great dealing with the same people throughout the query rather than having to explain the situation to each new person. Aden was very helpful throughout. Excellent service overall.”

“I have used your company before because of the friendly and efficient service that I have received over time. Today you have excelled. Your agent was unbelievably efficient, her service was incredible and I am certainly sure that you aware of her quality when serving clients and customers. I am seventy four and retired. “Outstanding customer service - called and spoke to a real person about problems with the delivery of our order. Clear it was stuck at the courier's hub. Replacements were ordered for next day delivery with a different firm. Could not have asked for more. Will definitely use this company for all my printer needs.”

“Web site easy to navigate. Various options for each item shown clearly. Ordering easy. Information re likely delivery good. One point, the delivery company used is not the most reliable. The order was delivered on due day but in the evening, when we were in, no ring of door bell, parcel left in full view of the road and on a wet evening. Did not find until next morning.”
