“I am a happy and loyal customer of Cartridge People. However, I would like to see two changes: 1- Stop sending me loads of choices of discount vouchers. I do business with CP to buy printing ink; I find lists of possible discount vouchers for things that I don't want to be annoying. If you want to give me anything, offer a small discount off my next order from Cartridge People. 2- Stop using Evri - they are slow, sloppy, and have in the recent past given me enormous headaches.”

“Cartridge People always respond quickly to requests for help. Their support staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Usually they are able to resolve a problem. This time I required a refund and it was given immediately with no quibble. Hannah was particularly helpful”

“Sent email regarding missing order not received. A very quick reply from someone called Vicky who looked into the matter straight away and kept in touch by email regarding replacement etc. Very pleased with such a quick response to my problem. Felt as though someone really cared that I had not received what I had ordered. I wish all the other companies I have dealt with over the years had such a dedicated and caring Customer Services Employee. First Class. Thank You. Mark”

“Reliable, prompt and great prices for quality products…plus great and personal customer service. I placed an order and made an error so called and a human being answered the phone!!! “I got through to Rachel quite quickly - no long waiting. My problem was that the cartridges sent, although they matched up administratively as compatible with my Canon printer were not being accepted when I installed them in the machine. Rachel was very straightforward in addressing my problem and patiently explored with me all possible reasons for this. Although we didn't actually find a solution Rachel organised replacement cartridges to be sent to me and assured me that she will review things again once these have been tried in the printer. I very much appreciated Rachel's patient and resourceful approach and look forward to finding a solution to my problem. Mike Lynch Mike Lynch”
