“Great company and friendly, helpful staff. Had a slight issue with one of my ink cartridges but Melanie resolved the issue straight away and I had a replacement the next day. Fantastic service!”

“Because Liam listened to my issue/request & acted immediately to resolve it. Evri said they had my package & would deliver it within 24 hrs, but 10 days later, they hadn’t delivered it. I contacted Cartridge People to see if they could find out what was going on & Liam immediately responded to me with a choice of full refund or a full replacement. Within 24 hrs, Evri contacted me to say that they had my (replacement) package. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Evri doesn’t lose the replacement package too. So, 10 out of 10 for Cartridge People!”

“I had ordered generic cartidges from CP, and the chip was refused by good old HP (grrr...) From notifying CP to receipt of replacement - working - cartridges was less than 24 hours. Astonishing service...... Well done CP, well done Melanie at CP - and well done (for once, but credit where credit is due) EVRI....”

“I think that I have used Cartridge People for at least four years and am ongoingly impressed by the reliability and quality of the cartridges [HP compatible] and the customer services. Most of my use is for support of Community activities and I don't have time or resources to waste; I appreciate their prompt deliveries. Today's help from Wiki is a perfect example of their excellence: we were able to talk through the problem my printer threw at me so that I can launch a new project. Because these cartridges are cost-effective, I find that it pays to try to keep spares in a cool cupboard [and also some of the Recycle bags they send].”
