“I was very disappointed. I placed my order, then 5 minutes later I was telephoned by some one from the company ’aggressively’ trying to upsell the company’s own brand of ink rather than the OEM brand I’d ordered. He was very persistent until I told him to cancel the order as I’d go elsewhere. Buyer Beware.”

“The cartridges I use are really expensive, but I managed to get them cheaper on this site, I only use Canon as I have used so many other types before. I was really pleased with how quickly they came; also very well packaged. Willuse again.”

“I don't write reviews very often but in case i am happy to. I have been buying inks from cartridge people for the last couple of years without issue, they provide very fast delivery and stock everything i need, this review is going to be for my most recent order, i ordered three inks ready for use the next only for the printer i needed them for to stop working so this morning the inks arrived as expected and as they cost £100 i din't just want to throw them in the bin so i filled in the returns form which was very quick and easy and i had an email from Aden at cartridge people in less than an hour offering a refund to my payment source or store credit (i chose store credit as i will be ordering inks for my other printer), he was very helpfull and made the returns process very easy so 5 stars for both Aden and Cartridge people”

“I did not have any wait in getting in touch(we are busy right now.......)so good for that. Terrible mix up with Cart People's own cartridges. Normally I purchase Epson XP-8700 originals. But the printer is now 5 years old! the CP ones I received only opening the pack they sent-some 4 months later! Bad move because two of the cartridges were incorrect. However "Sam" tried to explain and in the end is sending me the correct ones and credit for one cartridge I have to return post free. Good and settled.”

“A con merchant company. I ordered genuine HP cartridges, then was phoned by a "salesperson" offering me a second set at a substantial discount. On numerous occasions I confirmed they were genuine HP cartridges, which the "salesperson" confirmed they were. The cartridges arrived and they were not genuine HP cartridges but their knock-off versions, which don't work no matter how closely you follow their instructions. Rubbish after-sales support, backed up by a surly "salesperson". I will not use them again.”

“I contacted Cartridge People requesting a copy of an invoice for cartridges I bought in December 2025. Sheree quickly emailed me a copy of the invoice. Excellent service, many thanks. PS their own brand printer cartridges for HP printers are great too and unlike many other own brands, work perfectly and are very good value for money.”

“I found the website easy to navigate and placed my order. There was good communication giving updates on the progress of my order and it was delivered the next day. I inserted the cartridges into my old HP Printer. No problem with them being accepted and I was able to print straight away. What more could anyone wish for. Very pleased with the product and service and will use Cartridge People again.”
